Crooked business practices. They offer 20% off on batteries. The battery I chose says 20% eligible. Go to the cart, and it shows the discount applied. Go to checkout, and it says you can only pay in store at this location, and the discount dissappears.
Bait and switch. I'm done with Napa.

Very disappointed. I called ahead to verify they have a good assortment of brass fittings. No luck. Still had to go to Charlotte.

Been there three times in the past week. Planning on buying an engine block. Butch was the best help the other two guys I wish I could have gotten their names. They were just horrible. One even told me that he/napa doesn’t sell and couldn’t get me an engine block. As I was leaving he asks what kind of block was I looking for while laughing. Horrible service. I will not be buying my block from this Napa or anything from here ever again.

I was stuck in Barstow CA with a Napa that could not find a skidsteer tooth part, I called Wendel and he gave me the number which I gave to the idiot in Barstow. So yeah, they are the best. Great people, very knowledgeable and always helpful. Thanks guys
