Very rude and terrible customer service,, should choose a different choice of words because everyone else wont take so lightly.. Same stuff sits in there since i first went.. should think about shutting down the shop and just staying home

Walked in there with a $2,000+ gaming PC build and he was like, “I can’t take desktops and no one would buy it”.??I only needed $150 dollars til Friday(on a Tuesday) like I was gonna let him keep it. That’s like going on a car lot with a Lamborghini saying give me $1000 and the dealer says nah I can’t sell it.??He could of easily sold it at least on eBay for over $1000+ even if I didn’t ever come back which I’d of had to be ? to not come get it. These poor reviews are right and don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. They are clearly all their friends and family leaving them. He clearly doesn’t know jack. Mid-South Gun & Pawn is the place to go. Great guns too. Not sure about Gaffney Pawn but stay away from this joke.

Terrible junk-infested place. Go somewhere else. I went in to purchase a firearm. Was insulted about dry-firing. Clerk gave me a lecture that doing so would damage the pin. Not so if it was a center-fire weapon. Was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars with his store. Went to another store and purchased a name brand weapon. Enter that pawn shop to get insulted. Terrible place.

This place absolutely is the worst place i have ever been too I asked to see a chain for my girl friend and he acted like my money was not good enough and was absolutely rood I do no recommend this place by no means God bless them there and God bless you all.

The owner....(who specifically told me he was the owner)hung the phone up on me while I was asking if he had interest in an item, an which he didn't the 1st one ,but before I could ask about my other he hung up. No bye. Thank you ma'am. Just "click" right in the middle of me speaking. I called him back to let him know I would be reviewing his customer service......in store service attitude is even worse?

My go to pawn shop over the other one we have. Although i do have business with them but i prefer Money Matters though. The gentlemen are always nice when i come in and its always a smooth and simple process. Never have i had an issue with them and i hope it never comes to that point either.
