“I want to start out by saying that a few weeks ago I called this particular store to check product availability. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I’d be driving 1.5 hours to pick up the product so I’d need to know for certain that it was available in the color and size I needed. She (Tracy) searched the floor and the back until she found exactly what I was seeking. I picked up the items that she placed on hold for me. Fast forward to today. I had to return to exchange the clothes I bought for a different size. I called different stores closer to me and the attendants without even looking, immediately told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. So, I returned to the store 1.5 hours from home. I was once again with Tracy and another associate named Asia. They looked high and low in the store for what I needed and made calls to other stores to help me in my search for a different size. I haven’t seen this level of care and customer service that goes above and beyond normal expectations, ever. They are friendly, attentive, caring and exceptional employees. Aeropostale should be proud to have such ladies working for them.”

“Showed up at 1pm on sat and doors were locked because they had just closed but they let us in because we had made.the trip. Googlees hours sre not correct and owners says Google won't let them update or correct the hours so you need to look on Facebook or yelp for correct hours.looked around briefly but did not want to hold them up so I will return. Not happy with Google for wrong hours and my hour drive for nothing.”
