I have to really laugh at this one. I didn't really visit but I have used them before.On this particular day I sat in the parking lot for 7 hours waiting for a tow truck.The lady from the attorneys office did check on me however.

This is just one of the five star worthy florists shops in my hometown! I have never been inside here before! Generally speaking; flower shops aren't my strong forte! Maybe they should have been. I've probably missed out on some romantically inclined adventures as a much younger man due to this! I always thought that a nice box of candy would impress the ladies! At any rate; this store is fully stocked and ready for Valentines Day!

Fantastic ownership and customer service. Staff went out of their way to assist me and were incredibly kind and gracious. Thankful that great local businesses like this exist. Highly recommend doing business with this establishment.

Such a great experience! I ordered 2 dozen roses for my friend & a single rose for each of her coworkers. They all LOVED them! I ordered just a day in advance and they were delivered exactly as planned. They were the most gorgeous flowers I’ve ever seen and they were all presented beautifully. The picture doesn’t do them justice. I was a little worried because I’m in a different state, but the staff was so lovely and accommodating. They made the entire process a breeze. Thank you so much for the flowers & the outstanding service, Jon Ellen’s!

I am from out of state and ordered flowers for my friend’s memorial service. They delivered on the incorrect day, at the incorrect place. I gave them the church’s name and the church’s address where the memorial service was being held and they instead delivered a funeral home that nothing is taking place at. Because of their error, they not only inconvenienced the grieving family, but now there will be no flowers from us at my friend’s memorial service. Not only that, but my contact information was given, the recipient’s contact info, and the church’s name and address, if they were unsure by any of that, they had plenty of info to ask. This is a very sensitive time for not only myself, but the grieving family and there was no excuse for this error, and unfortunately one they can’t undo as this was our final farewell to our friend.Edit, I’m updating my 1star to a 3 because they did contact me and offer to make it right and explained the situation and I appreciate that.

I live in Massachusetts and wanted to surprise my Granny with flowers for her birthday. I did a little research and landed on Jon Ellen's website. I ordered right at their 2pm cutoff time for same day delivery. The ordering process was super easy and I felt confident with my selections. The flowers arrived quickly, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything I wanted, and more! I just received a photo of the arrangement three days after delivery, and the flowers still look so colorful and fresh. I highly recommend this company. Thanks so much, Jon Ellen's, for allowing me to send love to my Granny from far away!
