“This is Gaffneys premier gym! 24 hours, Full olympic style free weights tons of bodybuilding machines and a separate full gym, diverse cardio machines, full MMA with all box punching bags and mats, batting cages, basketball, pool table, lounge, juice bar, massage, racquetball, outdoor lounge, outdoor track, 2 full gyms. You are allowed to train hard here! Body builders and boxers/ kickboxing/ karate... this is not a Country Club but it is the only complete gym in the region. I like it! ?”
“Haven't been there in 4 years. Things look almost the same, a little wear here an there and they've changed from towels to wipe machines to paper towels. Only complaint is, I went at 3pm and it was way too hot in there for my tastes. Other than that all is okay”

“There is a wide selection of machines and weights, and the workers are helpful, they’ll assist you in adjusting the machine or any other questions you may have. There’s also not usually too many people when I go, I like that the app shows how busy it is, and how busy it’s expected to be later, all the time.”
