We have autistic twins. One of them loves Great Clips. There's an amazing young lady named Grace who is incredibly patient and kind with our son.
Requested style: He wanted it super short but is terrified of clippers. Grace scissor cut his entire style!
Hair type: Thick curly and all boy! She cut 4 inches off all over
Stylist: Grace was kind and patient with our autistic son. I'm grateful she was there to cut his hair. This was the 2nd time we had her and now he says he only wants Ms. Grace.

This Great Clips has awesome stylists, and they’re a lot cheaper than most other places. You’ll usually have to pay $40 for just a haircut at other places, but I was able to get a thorough (and relaxing!!) shampoo and cut for $28 here! Ask for Krystal, she’s awesome. My hair was super soft after the wash, and she knows her stuff!! I’ll definitely be returning in a couple of months.

Great clips Gaffney location-The last 2 times I went there the stylist wouldn’t speak to me and wouldn’t even engage in conversation. My son went for a haircut and a different stylist gave him the same treatment. He asked her how her day was going and she replied “I don’t feel like talking”. Wow! It was the first time he’d been there and he said it would definitely be his last. It was no surprise they had only 2 other people there on a Friday because they have ZERO customer service skills. Needless to say they’ve lost my business and the rest of my family’s business as well.

Not satisfied with what I received at Great Clips in Gaffney. I was surprised with the lack of attention to details. This is a very basic cut that should have been easy to complete.
Side burns not cut the same. Neck trim is not clean. Rounded bottom neck uneven. 2 knicks on the back of the head.

Went in on Friday for a trim & shaping. The girl who checked me in told me to go to station 2. I looked over at the area & saw hair on the floor & the chair. I noticed scissors & stuff on the counter that looked like it was used. I asked if she’s going to clean up the hair & the station. She acted offended & swept the hair to another station. When she put the white paper around my neck, so I don’t get hair in my shirt, she rolled it & put it under the cape. When I asked her about it, she gave me an attitude. She didn’t ask what I wanted done & just picked a strand of hair to start cutting. I jumped out of the chair & told her I felt uncomfortable with her cutting my hair. I brought this to the manager’s attention a couple days later & she didn’t seem interested, apologized & said she was new. This place is the nastiest hair place I’ve seen in a long time?.

Thank you for wasting my time. Your sign Says that you close at 7. I called and asked if you accept walk-ins up until 7. I was told yes. I arrived at 7:56 and was told you were closed. If you weren’t going to see me, you should have told me no when I called and asked. I understand that I was cutting it close, but I asked before I made that trip

I had a great experience there, and a great stylist named Chris. We held a great conversation the entire time. It was all around a wonderful experience, especially with friendly. Chris was cutting my hair.
