They did, in fact, NOT try to find us another home as they stated. They chose to not renew our lease even with children and knowing they could be left homeless. Make sure to keep a close eye on your lease, if you choose to lease with this company!

Someone signed my name to rental agreement, and I can't get anyone on the phone to confirm or provide any evidence of this fraud. If the owner sees this, please respond to this post. Called multiple times and never got an answer, not even once. Their website says they take co signers so I decided to drive a half hour to their office to inquire about a property. I got there and was told that they infact do NOT take co signers. They do NOT receive 100 to 200 calls a day like they claim, because when I was in there the phone didn't ring once. IF THEY DO, they need to hire someone to pick up the phone because there is nothing more frustrating than having to drive somewhere to just to ask a question. I would fix your website to have accurate info about rental requirements also. Rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath house for half the price from Hub City Rentals and got the keys within a day of my application ? would highly recommend!!

Only issues I had was Reid didn't EVER answer the phone or check his voice mails He did however text but from a different number so that was confusing. But really super nice guy and a very good experience

Sorry place ever DO NOT RENT FrOM THEM my grandma disabled pay 800 something for a 2 bed the floor fallin in had two inspections once a yr never fixed floor charger more if sumone stay with her and her dog & went up even more they found out she smokes in there sorry place ever DONT DO It!!!! Her whole yard flood wen rains jus not worth money then find any kind way charger extra
