So after a couple of years i gave this place another try & the first two times were positive. Everytime i go i get charged no less than $60 for a regular pedicure. I specifically request NO gel but there’s always an excuse about not having the color for regular polish. If i get a pedicure with the massage it’s usually $70. I do NOT get my nails done & no acrylic. I do get a design on each big toe because my nail beds have always been naturally dark. While this most recent service was beautifully done the nail tech got mad because as she was clipping my toes & cleaning my nail bed i pulled my foot back because she was poking my skin w/the tools & pulling off my the hangnails. "She says want me ti leave it then…its been a long time since you had them done" I told her im just letting you know you're hurting me. Your feet is one of the most sensitive places on your body. I still tipped her extremely more decently than she deserved. This is one of the few nail shops in Gaffney. My hours are limited because I drive a truck from the wee hours in the morning til evening. Guess i may have to start going back to Charlotte & just wait in line. This is not the first time ive encountered rude staff here. However i will also add that ive had the pleasure of encountering some joyful & pleasant techs. Overall this establishment needs to loose the attitude & have consistent pricing for repeat customers. I get the same thing every time. ?

Cleanliness: It was poor
Stylist: She was horrible It was like she didn't want to do her job The foot massage lasted two min and nail polish was put on poorly and did not stay on as long as other salons does I was so disappointed that I didn't feel it was worth the money.It was more expensive then other salons that do a better job and more extensive I will not go back

Did not have an appointment. They took me right in. The guy who did my feet was friendly and he did a good job painting them. Service was very quick for the price $61. Was not noisy like other places, was clean.

I love my nails!! They definitely know what they are doing!! It was super quiet if your into that but I would have like a little small talk just so it wasn’t so awkwardly quiet but the naillssss

I thought the staff was nice. I hate the deluxe pedicure is not customizable (my usual spot has a menu for fragrance and certain treatments), but I enjoyed it. I believe my guy did the best with what he had. The wax bag trick is neat. It seems a bit run down. The massage chair my fiancé was in did not work. They do not use the plastic tub liners here. On a positive note my pedicure is cute. If they fixed the chairs and started using liners I'd consider going there more often.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever visited. Do not waste your money. The place is nasty and do terrible work. The male employees talk to women they work with and customers like they are beneath them. Spend your dollars where you are respected and business is appreciated.

I went to this salon on my way home yesterday not my normal salon but was very nice said yes they would see me without appt for gel polish change they said 30minutes but was taken back after 15min wait. the nail tech asked if I wanted manicure I said sure this lady was so rough on my nails & very rushed it took her 13mins from the time I sat in the chair. wouldn't let my nails stay under curing light long needless to say this is how I woke up this morning with my nails looking worse than when I went in yesterday. after paying 31$ plus 5$ tip (I will tip for services even if it wasn't great) I will not return to this salon and hope that other customers don't get treated like this

This was an excellent example of being over charged. For a basic pedicure and manicure with gel polish it was a whopping $76 that’s no acrylic, no massage, just the basic. I guess maybe if I would’ve been somewhere more upscale like Spartanburg where rent is higher than gaffney it wouldn’t have been so bad.
