“I can’t say enough good things about this Pottery Barn Outlet specifically the staff! They are always helpful. I recently purchased a bed and two nightstand’s. I saw it the night before on Instagram and called to make sure it was there but it was 5 mins til their closing time so I was there at opening the next morning. I went to the front desk and Dacey took me to the bed held it for me as I shopped the rest of the store. She arranged delivery for me as it was a canopy and very heavy and even told me about ways I could save by opening up a card. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company. I called the outlet right away and got Cindy the manager on the phone. She reached out to Dacey and they called me back and helped resolve the situation right away. I will most definitely be purchasing things from there in the future! Outstanding customer service! I would use caution using the 3rd party delivery service however. They subcontract the work out so you are really at the mercy of whomever they send out.”
