Been in this area and house for just over a year and have ran out of propane twice because they can't make it out on routine basis. can't believe I pay these guys for service! that is ridiculous!!!

This is a sad company. Heartless, arrogant, and just plain smart $&@‘s ( lady answering phone) on the phone. Now that they merged well were done. Denton gas was awesome till freeman took them, well good bye superior. Should just name the company Monopoly propane instead of Superior propane.

Very unprofessional. They will take your money and offer excuse after excuse on why they can't install gas logs in a fire place. They was happy to take my $864 and put me on a waiting list for the install. The gentlemen that came out were rude and acted like they didn't want to work. I have talked to other companies and they can install with no issue. Now I have to wait for up to 3 more weeks to get my money back. That was paid mostly in cash. Seems like they have an excuse for everything.

Will not fill by the gallon. So my 30lb RV tank with 2 gallon still in it would be a waste. I will never use a propane company that does this. Tractor Supply it is! Shame this small company wants to take advantage of customers.

Seems to be the normal as from the last posted review as well. Been a customer for 6 years and never had a “tank lease” got a bill in 2020 for a “lease” and lady said I shouldn’t have gotten one and took it off. This year got one again and lady earlier in the week said manager was on vacation and would call me back at the end of the week to take it off. He calls today says I don’t use enough gas and has to charge me. Went from no problems to you can pick it up real quick. Shady business avoid!

I would like to start off with saying I’ve always been happy with Freeman Gas and their customer service. And nothing against the customer service. The Management that decides how refunds are distributed is very greedy. To say the least. The customer “that’s me” that’s supposed to receive a refund for un used propane and half tank lease will not be getting that back. Poorly addressed on your part Freeman Gas. I will never use your services again or recommend you to anyone because of my experience today.Shame on you for being so greedy and putting that money back into your pocket, pretty pathetic
