They don't keep the beer cooler stocked(Budweiser). Have to buy hot beer.

Had a problem with the self service that we were forced to use as there were no cashiers up front. Called for help and no one came. We left.

I went in to buy a swift jet for my grandfather and had the rudest cashier. I had two digital coupons for it. Only one came up at the self checkout. I ask the cashier Anita for help and she was incredibly rude to me. She just got done handling a rude customer so I understand she was probably frustrated but I was not mean at all. I just asked if she could take a look at the coupon to see if it would work as it worked in a the app when I scanned the item. She rolled her eyes and groaned and told me that it wouldn’t without letting me pull it up. I simply thank you and left. I went to a different dollar general and it did work. I’ll never be coming there again. It was humiliating to be spoken to like like an idiot when I was very polite and not demanding.

I don't like shopping here its self ck out. I stopped yesterday & the self ck out sign was taken down, actually had a very nice cashier.

The cashiers here amazing! When I say their the sweetest I mean it!! I will always continue to go tonthis store for as long as they are working!

I gave this Dollar General a 1 star.... Due to the managers in the store being rude... disrespectful to Customers. and the employees. People even spoke about the manager Jason Austin throwing food items that were delivered into the dumpter....Every time i have been in there... i always see one young girl working and no one else around to help her! most the times when i go in there to get a few items i have to move carts out of my way.... just to reach items i need...and as the manager stands outside and chain smokes... and jokes and laughs on the phone! These Girls working there ARE NOT TO BLAME for the way the store looks! No wonder DG is loosing all their GOOD workers! credit needs to be given where its earned... i am tired of seeing the manager treating his employees like crap! the bonner road location had a amazing manager... but what did DG do? pushed him away! HE NEEDS TO COME BACK! that store looked amazing when he was there!

This dollar general does better than all around used to I'd have to drive to 2 or 3 to get everything on my list not anymore I come straight to this one and only have one trip and the staff are so nice

This Dollar General store is better stocked than the about ten others that I frequent. There are six of these stores in GaffneyS.C. and four more in the Chesnee S.C. vicinity! The person who got the idea to scatter shot this section of the upstate with this many Dollar General stores was truly a genius! Who would have ever imagined that customers would flock to these places like they do! A person cannot travel far in Gaffney or Chesnee without seeing one. ! I have been to all of these places at one time or another ! I do like this on on Bonner Rd. It's better stocked usually! But if I can't find what I need there; there are many more just around the corner! All of the mentioned Dollar General associates are very helpful and friendly! Kudos to those essential, hardworking folks! I recommend this location above the others !

This dollar general is managed by Jason, he does a great job trying to keep the shop in tip top shape for customers. Store looks pretty good, some stuff in floor that makes it looked cluttered but overall, I would recommend this DG to friends and family! Good job Jason! Keep up the good work! ?
