“I want to start out by saying that a few weeks ago I called this particular store to check product availability. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I’d be driving 1.5 hours to pick up the product so I’d need to know for certain that it was available in the color and size I needed. She (Tracy) searched the floor and the back until she found exactly what I was seeking. I picked up the items that she placed on hold for me. Fast forward to today. I had to return to exchange the clothes I bought for a different size. I called different stores closer to me and the attendants without even looking, immediately told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. So, I returned to the store 1.5 hours from home. I was once again with Tracy and another associate named Asia. They looked high and low in the store for what I needed and made calls to other stores to help me in my search for a different size. I haven’t seen this level of care and customer service that goes above and beyond normal expectations, ever. They are friendly, attentive, caring and exceptional employees. Aeropostale should be proud to have such ladies working for them.”
“Stopped in on the way home from Charlotte to get the wife a few presents and was greeted by a sales lady that was so helpful and had this genuine sweetness about her..Got her opinion on several items which turned out to be great cause the wife loved her clothes..Enjoyed my visit and going to check out the Netflix movie she suggested.”

“i’ve been shopping here for years, they no longer carry long jeans so that’s a turn off but the customer service is always perfect! I get plenty of help if i return an online purchase or going to shop their clearance in hopes to find some online returns for half price! last time i was there i found 3 pair of shorts that they were selling online for almost $50, i got in clearance for $25, bc they didn’t sell them in the store they were put in clearance for half price. that’s enough to go every day and see what all they have available in clearance!!! REALLY!”
