This dealership is not far from my home. I don't know why I've never written a review before. They have got some seriously nice looking vehicles. Lots of trucks, cars, and SUV's! I'm always looking for an SUV that my wife might like as she's in the mood to buy one. Unfortunately, my better half isn't fond of Chevrolet anything. Or Ford or Dodge. She's a Honda or Volvo or Subaru person. Just thought I'd stop and have a look- see anyways!

We had a great experience with Bri. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Process was smooth from start to finish! Bought a great car and would recommend to everyone. Ask for Bri!

Mr. Burns took his time and came out and thanked us. They were very very nice and took very good care of us. I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and I have a problem walking and they checked with us to make sure we were taking care of. The service manager and the technicians were really great. I highly recommend Burns Chevrolet, Gaffney to anyone who is interested in a new car or needs service. They are #1. Johnny Yarbrough Union SC.

I bought my very first car though Burns (other than my beater car I had when I first started driving. I am very impressed with the service and car provided. My sales rep was Robert and he was so friendly. He didn't come across as trying to make a sale. Since I live farther away, he got everything approved on my top choice car before I arrived, and pulled some strings allowing me to get my dream car. He cared more about helping me than making a sale. The only complaint I have is that the first couple days I had it, the check engine light came on and I started noticing some problems. I contacted the dealership immediately and they a fixed my car in a very timely manor and filled my car up with gas before I left. I am very impressed. Something else I would like to point out is that after I got the car, I was told "welcome to the Burns family". This is a family owned business and they did an awesome job including me in the family atmosphere. I will defiantly be coming back when I am on the market for my next car!

I drove 3+ hours to pick up a vehicle from Burns. On paper and in person the vehicle looked good. However before I made the trip down, I asked if there were any flaws in the paint and I was told no. After purchase and first detail of the vehicle, I went to remove the dealer sticker. Upon trying to do so you could see an outline of the previous dealers sticker. It appears when they removed the previous dealer sticker they managed to pull the paint off with it. The fix was to put the Burns sticker over it to conceal the blunder. In addition, I left the dealership with 45 day tags. There was a mixup in completing the paperwork that was sent to DMV and the paperwork was returned to Burns. Subsequently my temporary plates expired and Burns would not send additional temporary plates. This left me with a vehicle I could not drive due to a clerical error. I have had better service. After talking with the manager Burns agreed to cover the cost of the repair and compensate me for the time without tags. I am satisfied.

The reason that this isn't a 5 star review is due to the new guy at the service desk. I get my vehicle serviced here every 5,000 miles and always get great ed with a smiling face and a professional attitude, but today I wa greater by a loud mouth who was more concerned about his personal phone call. After I told him the reason I was there and gave him my keys ,10 minutes later he came back for me to remind him of why I was there .

Figured I'd write a review to detail my experience. I purchased a used 2013 FX4 with 5k miles from out of state (California) back in Nov. 2013. The associate I worked with (very nice younger guy, David): 1) Promptly provided me with all the information I requested -- pictures of the frame, underbody, etc. and put in the effort to get in contact when necessary. 2) Treated me as a serious buyer from the start even though it was evident that they would have to put in more effort on their end due to my situation. 3) Arranged for the dealership to send a car to pick me up from the airport in Charlotte. 4) Stayed late (about an hour after close) along with financing to get the deal done that night after a 30min test drive. 5) Took the time to get everything in place for me to get my truck registered in WI (rolled the registration fees into the sales price, got the notarized form regarding tax paid to South Carolina and cut a check for the difference which I then turned into the WI DMV). 6) Explained the after sale services per policy, etc., but didn't try to push any on me. 7) They also have a warranty (I forget exactly what it is) for use at their dealership, and from my experience I think they would be great to work with regarding any issues on that front. However, since the truck will be used in WI it doesn't really apply to me, but if you're local that would be a positive to purchasing here. I wouldn't hesitate working with them again if I was in the market for a Chevy in the future, very straight forward. I got the truck I wanted at a good price and wasn't at all concerned with flying out to make the transaction. Overall, very positive experience after 8 hours of travel time and I felt great about the purchase. It was 5th car purchase and the best one thus far, thanks.
