Worst store ever. It's never prepared for disaster, meaning why I have to wait for a computer to come back up to make a payment upgrade yall store system's. Yes there are several ways I could pay it but, I don't trust all sites.

My husbands phone randomly stopped working today, saying no Sims, no service. I went to the store in town and the women working the front desk said that boost mobile was changing Sims again and that they should have sent a new Sims in the mail. She also said that I could call 611 for more help. Me thinking she couldn't do anything more to help, I go home and call boost over the phone. They said nothing like that was happening and if I'd like to go to a store for a Sims replacement or have it shipped to my house.
My question is if the woman at the store could have helped me by replacing my Sims card why didn't she ?? Isn't that her job ? Instead of lieing about the situation, my problem could have already been fixed before having to call and get told what I thought it was the issue in the first place. I just needed a new Sims. I'm giving two stars because the stores location and cleanliness is great, but my experience today was asinine. I hate having my time wasted because someone didn't want to take additional steps.

The tech was so kind, and professional on our way thru to a funeral in NJ....the tech really helped my son out ....making sure his phone was fixed for the travel..... definitely stopping bk thru just to thank him again

Walked in 15 minutes till 7:00 to buy an iPhone As soon as I walked through the door the lady very rudely said I hope you're here to make a payment and not to buy a phone so I left ... 6:45pm 7-13-23

Website said location was open for business but the door was locked. Had to call the store and guy said he had went to the bathroom and then forgot to unlock the door.

The owner Mike was very knowledgeable, AND NICE but I would never go with BOOST ever again in life...I had 10 gigabytes they kept CUTTING MY PHONE OFF WHERE I HAD TO KEEP CHANGING MY DATE OF SERVICE. I ALSO PURCHASED BRAND NEW A GALAXY A32 WHERE MY SCREEN WENT BLACK TWICE FOR NO REASON AND I HAD TO PAY ABOUT $100 IN ORDER TO GET THAT FIXED. MY PHONE DIDN'T SLOW DOWN IT TOTALLY WENT OFF WHERE I COULDN'T EVEN SEND A TEXT MESSAGE WITH A PICTURE OR ANY PICTURES Addition I purchased a phone that I paid for for over a year and it's still locked they will not unlock it, even though they lied and said that it was unlocked, so I cannot use my phone for another company Boost is a horrible horrible company don't go with boost.

Nasty attitude no help and only want your money best bet is to go somewhere else or activate in Walmart. They charge you 25 to activate service you can do yourself and the phone is not connected to boost when you call 611. This is just sad and they have bad attitudes like they don't care about the customer. Boost mobile sucks in Gaffney go to Walmart and be done.

I walked in the girl was helping her trainee and the man was stocking...she started to help me with my issue when she received a phone call from Cherokee county and she went to the back and after a few minutes just walked out with no explanation or anything I understand people have lives outside work but she could've at least said I'm sorry I have a family emergency she wasn't that distracted last time I went in

This store chases costumers and potential customers away!!! We stopped in yesterday, 2/1/22 at 10am to get service and new phones. After being with #TMobile and we're disgusted with their service, we decided to go back to becoming #boostmobile customers again.The women there were very unhelpful. They didn't want to do their job to help us. This unfortunately wasn't the first time we had this problem with terrible customer service, but we decided to try them again regardless.We ended up going to the #Walmart in Gaffney, SC and got amazing customer service in the electronics department. The two men that helped us get brand new phones and a great deal on an AT&T plan.If you want great phones , and great DONT EVER GO TO BOOST MOBILE IN GAFFNEY, SC!!!
