I came here because my car was struggling to start the past few days. I suspected the battery. I checked to see if they had the battery I needed for my car. Thankfully they did and they were still open until 8 pm on July 4th. I’m so grateful they were able to install it otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to make it work. Massive thank you for the workers that helped me.

Terrible service. They told me a part wasn’t available. Went to another store that ordered it for me. Arrived two days later.

Did an online order for brakes paid for delivery and this order was placed this morning and after several hours I called to check on my order and was told to pick them up. 423pm I pick them up in store and asked about the delivery fee being returned and the white guy who was eating kept shaking his head and I ask what does that mean said he hadn’t dealt with that side of things. This gentleman of tablets and phones our doomed of use people ever having customer service.

They are rude as hell I called to ask about a part and they had left me on hold for 30 minutes then I called back again and they kept telling me the same thing before “Can I place you on a brief hold while with a customer ? “ I told them I was on hold for 30 minutes then the person had hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Rude and unprofessional
