I want to start out by saying that a few weeks ago I called this particular store to check product availability. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I’d be driving 1.5 hours to pick up the product so I’d need to know for certain that it was available in the color and size I needed. She (Tracy) searched the floor and the back until she found exactly what I was seeking. I picked up the items that she placed on hold for me. Fast forward to today. I had to return to exchange the clothes I bought for a different size. I called different stores closer to me and the attendants without even looking, immediately told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. So, I returned to the store 1.5 hours from home. I was once again with Tracy and another associate named Asia. They looked high and low in the store for what I needed and made calls to other stores to help me in my search for a different size. I haven’t seen this level of care and customer service that goes above and beyond normal expectations, ever. They are friendly, attentive, caring and exceptional employees. Aeropostale should be proud to have such ladies working for them.

Everyone their is helpful & you can truly tell their their for the customers. They help you finds the best deals for your money. They even pointed the clearance out to me & 6.99 tees over the B1G2 free tees.

Went to this store about 2-3 weeks ago and never saw an employee, heard them in the back, stayed about 15 minutes then left, not my idea of a way to operate a business. You can say I'll never return!!!!
