Best place to get sandwiches! Very friendly staff. Great place to get fishing supplies and souvenirs!

It's a store on an island.

Yes, nice little store with a little bit of everything. They carry name brands which I appreciate when the choices are limited.

Rented some golf carts, paddle boards, and Kayaks from here, while staying on the island. Staff was friendly, and educated. The water way wasn't anything amazing, but being from FL and having our estuaries it takes a lot to impress. The equipment was in great shape and prices are fair.

First, very funny (rotten-like) smell when we walked in. I smiled and greeted the hostesses with a warm "Hello how are y'all this evening?" One hostess looked at me rolled her eyes and said in a sarcastic voice "Surviving..." I said there were 4 of us for dinner and the hostess asked us for our amenity card. Oops... This was my bad, I didn't realize we needed amenity card to eat somewhere on the island. This is crazy stupid from a business perspective. All we wanted to do was spend money on the island and maybe help the island generate some additional revenue. Anyway, I was on a family trip and I had not made the plans, so I was unaware we had amenity cards with the house we rented this summer. We drove the golf cart back to the house b/c we had decided we would eat off the island. There are 4 or 5 place that are no more than 5 miles off the island. When we got back to the house, my family told me that we did have amenity cards. So, great, I got one and we headed back to the marina restaurant. Went back in and handed the hostess the amenity card and I was told that we would need amenity cards for each adult in our party. There were 3 adults and 1 child; so we were not allowed to spend our money there, and THANK GOD FOR THAT! What a blessing in disguise! We ended up eating at a restaurant named Beedo's that was about 4 miles off the island. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time, incredibly nice staff, includes a coffee bar, soft serve ice cream, and homemade desserts. Since 2008, my family has spent 6 weeks in 6 different summers on Fripp Island, and unfortunately it gets worse every time. Unfortunately, the island has worked well with all our small kids so we keep coming back, but they the kids are all older now so hopefully we find alternatives in the future. If you enjoy over-crowded and over-priced vacations with mostly rude staff members, then Fripp Island and this restaurant are for you. ENJOY!

I simply don't understand how this place could get 5 stars from anyone. It's not even a restaurant, it's a marina store that sells hot dogs, junk food, fishing tackle, misc. junk, and and beer. It IS NOT a restaurant in any sense of the word. Don't go there, please, if you are really looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and the employee said she didn't want to have to come down and turn the gas on. I was on empty and leaving the island. I told her this and she still did nothing. Terrible service. Would NOT recommend.
