“I went to a baby shower here recently (and a school dance years ago), it was very nice, easy to find, it's in a nice quiet location. The room was spacious, and clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, friendly staff (in office). Definitely a nice place to have a party.”

“There is not a better gym with better personal training in the upstate. I have been going to some sort of gym on and off for 20 years. I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.”

“Whenever traveling, I always look forward to searching for a local Box and doing a drop-in. CF Simpsonville was welcoming, well equipped and friendly staff/members. Thank you Annie and Gordon for your hospitality. I’ll be back ?”

“Burn Boot Camp is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. You truly get what you pay for—unlike budget gyms, Burn’s personalized experience is worth every penny. The trainers know everyone by their first name and encourage you throughout their challenging classes, which by the way, are always different workouts. The childcare is fantastic, my kids are always excited to go. They also have InBody scans to track your progress which you can talk over with the trainers for advice on certain dietary questions or goals that you want to achieve. Highly recommend!”

“Started with 4 weeks for $69 & didn't want miss a single day. After my workout I would leave with feeling energized & can't wait to go again. The trainers will modify if you not able to do what the others can do. Which I do appreciate. Thanks to Kristi, Brittany, Katie, Adam and Alex.”

“Old school no nonsense equipment, clean, reasonably priced, and open 24/7...There is more but, that is all I need! I recommend this gym to anyone that serious about working out!”

“Ki and Carmine are both incredible coaches!
Ki brings such a great personality to every session and always has amazing music that keeps the energy up.
Carmine is super attentive—always watching out for everyone and helping correct form and posture to make sure we get the most out of each workout.

Both of them are also really flexible with the programming—they always offer a variety of alternate workouts if something in the plan doesn’t work for you. It makes the whole experience feel really personalized and supportive.

The front desk team is also super friendly and welcoming—they help set a great tone the moment you walk in.”

“Tri-Fit is an amazing gym with a welcoming community of lifters! Coach Chad is also a fantastic coach. Lots of experience, and is also a great listener and motivator. He helped me break down what I need to do to make getting to the gym more attainable as a new father and building a business. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to elevate their life and feel strong in the gym!”

“Steph was hands down a critical piece to my health in pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After significant weight gain during my first pregnancy, and a host of pregnancy complications and long labor, my doctor told me to be as active as possible with my second pregnancy. I found Steph through a friend and started working out with her at 20wks and continued until I was induced. I saw a significant improvement in joint and back pain, did not get gestational diabetes, and had a quick labor and delivery. 2 weeks after delivery, I was diagnosed with a 3 finger diastasis. At 3 weeks postpartum, Steph and my pelvic floor therapist worked together to develop individualized workouts to help heal my core and achieve my ultimate goal of returning to CrossFit. As a plus, Steph was always cool with me bringing my little tag along to workouts.”

“What a great martial arts/juijitsu studio for young and old alike. My sons have been training with Clay and his staff for 3 years.Jujitsu has taught my boys how to handle difficult situations and how to push past discomfort. The no nonsense approach to couching has helped my boys with their mental as well as their physical well-being.The coach to student ratio is better than any of the other martial arts studio my boys have attended.I also appreciate their flexible schedule which is great for working families.”

“I have never been to an Orangetheory Fitness studio that I didn't love. From the moment I walked into this new studio I felt welcome! Kate at the front was ready for me on my first day with all appropriate paperwork so I could quickly get in and settled. Coach Tonya was awesome as well! And the best part, since this studio is new, everything is so clean. Would highly recommend this studio!”

“Smaller gym, but it's set up so well! Larger waiting room with monitors to view, or there are some seats in the gym. Recreational gymnastics has a separate room from competitive kids, which is amazing for the safety of the clueless Littles ? Front desk is nicely accessible as you walk in and you are greeted with a smile!!! Pricing is very reasonable, and you are not required to commit to the whole session and pay up front. You will not regret checking out this gym!”

“Wonderful to watch the kids practice. Also very clean! But what I hear from other parents as well, the monthly fees are very expensive, and for those kids whom are good at gymnastics, are left our because of the fees and then some! That's simply not fair at at all! Why can't the organization look at peoples budgeting to give those a financial break, bc the once whom have the money to pay for everything, it dosen't matter! And, how come when there is a competition out of state, that the parents have to pay for the trainer his hotel and then some?!! That's for my understanding not except able at all! That needs to be changed simply bc some parents, especially the once who don't have that kind of money, there kids who are good, are once again left out!It can be that the owner is poor of money that he couldn't change that! It's really questionable this system!”

“They keep the place in pretty good shape and the people are really good. But pretty disappointed that they closed down the tanning station and massage chairs at 5:00 and close the entire gym on Sundays. Closing at 7:00 is early enough. Please don’t limit the use of the facilities even more by closing those services down 2 hours beforehand.”

“This place is great to go to here in Simpsonville, there's this one employee who does great at her job. Her name is Chloe and she makes sure the place is nice and clean as well as a friendly person. She does not hesitate to help you out with questions or assistance. She also does not give any attitude for assistance as soon you ask she gives it in a nice way. 10/10 from this place especially with Chole to help you out with questions and keeping the place clean.”

“I mainly attend the group classes - which for the most part have been great. Only a couple times have I attended a class that I didn't fully enjoy but there seems to be a good community of the group exercise side of things. I have never been to this location when it wasn't crowded. It seems like the bottom floor is just always super busy and crowded , so if you are looking for a more peaceful quiet environment to weightlift/use cardio machines, I would choose somewhere else. For what I want to do at the YMCA, I enjoy this location. The only thing I would be concerned about is the cleanliness of the shared mats/dumbbells/etc. but that can be remedied by bringing your own if that bothers you. I appreciate their financial aid program as well as I am a student unable to afford the full price. I would recommend for someone looking for group exercise like Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, and TRX!”
