I’d been looking for a place to exercise that was low impact and would provide results for a “seasoned” woman my age ?.The studio is perfect in many ways. It’s clean and spacious. I love the variety of exercise formats they offer and the instructors are AMAZING! Everyone, the participants and the instructors are very friendly and welcoming.While I primarily attend the Classic class with Paris (she’s AWESOME!), I’ve also attended a couple of the Empower and Align classes as well!I honestly look forward to going, I’m hooked?!!
