Nice employees, clean, can take awhile. But that just depends on who's in front of you.Not the best looking Wells Fargo I've been in. Could use an "overhaul", and remember that it's 2015. I'm sure the staff would appreciate an update on computers also. Some of those things were ancient.But very clean, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgable (unless they are new, and that's ok. We all need to start somewhere! Right?), polite...Dangy, 80's decor, dull, old computer equipment, uncomfortable chairs, VERY crowded where the bankers help people. Sitting down was like sliding into a telephone booth already being occupied.Keep the staff. They rock!!!But change EVERYTHING ELSE. The wall came down 25 years ago.

Cynthia has a nasty attitude. She got upset because I decided to use cash to purchase coins vs taking the money from my account because I didn’t want to fill out a withdrawal form. She sat the bag of coins on left of her where another teller would have been sitting and never said anything more to me, not a thank you, have a nice day, nothing! I grabbed my brown bag and walked out.

I came here after Rivergate location fail to help me with a wire transfer at 4pm (1hr before closing). Patricia was available, knowledge and help me with my transfer within 15 mins . This will be my preferred location now even if I have to drive further.

Cynthia the teller is very rude. Came in today to handle a transaction and from the time I came into her line her customer service was horrible. Rude and eye rolling the entire time. I feel if working in a face to face environment is not for you then maybe you should seek another type of employment. It took everything in me not to match her energy. Very sad and pathetic!!!!! Definitely will not be coming back to this location because next time I would hate to match her energy and act ignorant just like she was today. I don’t put up with rudeness very well so I applaud myself for not allowing this miserable individual to get me out of character!!!

Refused to allow me to take MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT even though the money was there. Ended up going to the Fort Mill location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. I've banked with Wells Fargo for 15 years and because of this, I have opened an account with Bank of America and will be using them from this moment on. All my accounts will be closed with Wells Fargo.

The bRanCH mAnAGer Sal is absolutely the most condescending human being I have ever encountered. This individual should not be in a position where he is required to speak to customers. After being declined a transaction I asked him to call his supervisor to have them confirm that what he was saying was accurate. He informed me that his supervisor was iN meEtinGS ALL dAy as offensively as possible and refused to connect me with someone else to confirm what he was saying.I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2013 and this may be the end of my relationship with the bank - In the words of Henry Wells himself: “We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy.” - Henry Wells 1864.

I have to start by saying it is very frustrating not being able to reach anyone by phone these days and more frustrating when their website says click to make an appointment and then " None available" is displayed. With all that said, I had a very pleasant encounter with Courtney at this location on a Saturday as I stopped in to set up accounts for my two teenagers. After being very frustrated at another branch for lack of customer service, Courtney was very polite and accomodating. She assisted Jordon on our new accounts and made sure we understood how they worked and was exactly what every company would desire for their front line specialist. Thank you for treating us like people and not just another number.
