The staff at this branch is very unprofessional. I had called this branch to inquire if I need an appointment for wire transfer but they said I can walk in for this. When I went there they said they don’t have availability until next 2 hours. This is really bad experience I had and they don’t value our time. I was very upset because of this. My very important transaction was delayed due to this.

You can call this branch 100 times and they will never pickup. And dont tell me their busy because I even called at different hours “down hours”. I recently went to this branch and ordered new checks, after confirming my personal info multiple times with the personal banker, he said everything is good and assured me it will be correct. Upon receiving my checks 10 days later it had the wrong name and old address. Incompetent and no customer service skills. Do business elsewhere. Switch to credit unions small banks care.

I had an ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE experience at the Tega Cay Branch. Both of these locations are near me, I typically go to Tega Cay because it is a bit closer. I was trying to withdraw funds from my account and Tega Cay refused to release the funds to me even though there was no hold and the funds were transfered from another Wells Fargo bank. I spent all morning running around and calling trying to get the funds so my son could purchase a truck. Ben, one of the bankers at the Fort Mill location and the bank manager are both utterly AMAZING. They both looked to see if there were any restrictions or anything that would prevent me from receiving my funds. Ben and the branch manager at Fort Mill were very polite, patient, and understanding at my frustration and went above and beyond to ensure that I could recieve my funds. It should not have taken me to physically go to another location to take out MY money from MY ACCOUNT. If you need anything always go to Fort Mill and STAY AWAY FROM TEGA CAY. Thank you so much Brad and the bank manager (I'm so sorry i forgot your name) for helping me.

I wanted to open an account for my son, but got turned away. Apparently opening an account to too complex and only certain employees can do that. Imagine that, a bank not wanting my money.

Had to re call on the phone 3 times. Very poor phone service. Ask to get money out and sent to Tega Cay On March 29th still not providing service. Choose a poor branch
