This store is 5 mins from my home and the service has drastically dropped from customer service, to (pricing much higher )then other Walmarts in the area, the cashier's watched me try to self checkout $300 worth of food with two young kids by myself. They watched me struggle and when I asked for help they said I had to use the self checkout because they were short staffed!? There was 3 people congregated all talking amongst themselves and I truly felt that there may have been some prejudice vibes. I am not one to complain, however I was the only white guy there and when I asked for help I was directed to self checkout however when a pretty black woman walked up they immediately opened up the cash register after I paid for my food. The prior visit the last cashier actually complained how they were short staffed and the new manager did not care about them or the customers, causing a very unhappy employee and customer environment. When I left the most recent visit and asked why they wouldn't help me and they opened up the cash register for the other customer, they said she was much prettier to look at and I would have to understand , I asked for the manager and they said good luck and to call back the next morning because she only worked 8-5. Get it together Walmart and focus on making the customers feel valued and important. Lastly on 7/29/23 we tried to call from 8:55pm-9:30pm and not 1 single department would answer the phone from "online pickup,to bakery, to the store operator " the phone just rang and continuously would hang up after 5 minutes of calling.

Alright, I was debating about writing this but I'm going to , my fiancé started working her a few months ago since day one , his team lead has been sexually harassing him and also most of the employees there were bullying him. A few days ago a guy who works there hurt my fiancé's foot, ran over his foot with the pellet jack WHILE LOOKING AT HIM, he yelled "stop your running over my foot" they guy smiled and still ran over his foot causing his ankle to twist . There were bruising and everything he couldn't walk. They are supposed to make an accident report but shoutout to Alex who didn't want to do her job and told him to keep working and do other employees pallets . They offered my fiancé many times to become manager and always led him on and giving the job to others . My fiancé also has a child so one day he had to take off work because his son was very sick and they had a HUGE problem with it but yet anybody else could leave whenever. Not to mention they let a drug abuse work there WHILE HE OVERDOSED IN THE STORE WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE THERE. Now since He's quit they keep harassing me (calling my number)

We're done with you. Yesterday was the last straw. Store was full of customers, only two check out lanes staffed and 5-6 customers deep each. The 4 self check out lines were backed up 3-4 customers each. In the mean time, employees are chatting at the customer service desk....not with customers....with each other. Other employees are fulfilling online orders and the self check out overseer is watching as the lines get longer. When leaving, I was told 'thanks for coming' to which I responded we won't be back and why. She said Sundays are really busy; if so then why not staff accordingly? She had no answer. The blatant disregard of the customer experience is disgusting and so unnecessary. Your managers know the customer traffic trends, so use them and make needed changes for others as we won't be back.

I normally would not review a Walmart entity, I mean you normally get what you get with each of them; however, I just have to review this store because it was completely different from anything I have ever experienced. I was here early morning on a Saturday to get a few things that the actual Walmart in Fort Mill was out of stock of. I was minding my own business and getting the few things, when not only once, but a couple times the workers who were restocking or doing their thing, stopped to say hello, greet me, and/or ask me if I needed help finding anything. I also noticed someone doing this with another customer. It caught me off guard because I never experience this at your standard Walmart. So maybe these Walmart groceries are trained differently, but it was a pleasant surprise. Kudos to them for making it a friendly and enjoyable time there. I probably will not be stopping by here often as it is out of the way, but I would not hesitate to come back if they had the items I needed again. Nice clean and quiet store - of course you get that on a very early morning when no one else is up and running yet.

I walked by an aisle and there was a manager standing guarding human poop. When people start pooping in your store it means you have ignored there feedback. Over the last two months I have went from going to this store 6 times a week to 0. I have decided to shop at food lion. The associates in this store say the new manager is awful to them and they are no longer happy. This store used to be magnificent. I hate they brought people in that don't understand how we want our WalMart to be.

Once again Walmart proves there is a level below your expectations. Called ahead asking if they were open, "Yes, as long as you enter the store before 6," but instead they are paying people to stand outside, smoke cigarettes and tell you that they are closed even though they aren't. Well done Walmart. At least your garbage customer service is consistently making progress toward new depths.

Went shopping with a friend of mine and it was interesting and the prices were even lower than the typical Wal-Mart stores for groceries. I really loved the place and the look too. Go check them out and stock up on great deals on food for the whole family

We recently relocated to Fort Mill from Boston and there are no words to describe how awesome the staff at the Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy on N Dobys Bridge Road are. Beside being knowledgeable, friendly and helpful they are caring and kind. Our household is very grateful to have these warm professionals looking out for us.

I started going to Walmart Market Place when Bilo closed. It is closest grocery store to my house now. It is small so it is easy for me to find my way around. The prices are a little cheaper than Harris Teeter and the Tega Cay Walmart. My only complaint is that it is hard to find where certain food items are located.

I've shopped at a half-dozen or so Neighborhood Markets. This is Walmart's Supermarket concept. That means that it's about groceries and dairy and frozen and meats, plus a section for personal care. The store doesn't have a Tire & Lube or a Vision and not much for electronics and zero for housewares and clothing. Just food. And as Neighborhood Markets go, this one was pretty good. The shelves were stocked, the store was tidy on a Sunday morning and the associates who I encountered knew the "Ten Foot Rule." It was a good shop.
