Not sure who pissed in the store managers coffee before or during work today, but her energy radiated through her body, expression towards me like don't mess with today because I been fighting all my life and I'm ready to knock somebody out. Attempted to explain previous store visit for a better understanding of what I was told by a previous store associate I assumed was a manager as well for her to shut down what I was saying to let me know she did not need or want to hear it because she is the store manager. Sending her peace, love and light and hope her days improves because the level of service received was distasteful.
I would like to also shout out Claudia for expalining that it helps to clip coupons before visit to the store, that advertising for buy one, get one free is the only time you would not need a clipped coupn.

Unhelpful pharmacy staff. Apparently all those years of training to be a pharmacist they don’t teach how to assist customers. Me: Ho, do you have [brand name] non Rx decongestant (kept behind counter)?Ph: our system is down so I can’t sell it.Me: yeah, but do you have [brand] in stock? I can come back later?Ph: we have the Walgreens brand.Me: do you have the brand formula?Ph: what you see is what we have.Me: when will it be in stock?Ph: Our system is down.Me: yeah but I can come back later in the week or I can try another Walgreens. Whay day will you have it in stock?Ph: I don’t know we can’t sell it today so what difference does it make.

Don’t come to this pharmacy because their customer service was bad and they didn’t fill the prescription that they promised to fill for me.

I will start this out by saying not only am I appauled by the lack of respect this Walgreens location "employees" did not deliver, but to sensuously not help the situation we have been met with COUNTLESS times at this Walgreens location has been more then distasteful. Me and my boyfriend go to this Walgreens ONLY OUT OF CONVENIENCE. Although out of convenience, driving 5-10 extra miles out of our way to a different walgreens would have been more convenient then to have been discredited and disrespected by not one but two "employees" out of pure arrogance to not have been wrong with a service that Walgreens has offered at every location - word from corporate - for months or even longer. But who are we to educate your employees on the services you provide? All we needed to do was add money to our cash app card ($5) We have done this at countless locations of Walgreens for about the last 6 months, without a problem.. until, that is, we came across Maribelle. She was more then unhelpful, she didn't care that we had corporate on the phone telling her, yes walgreens indeed offers adding money onto the cash app card NOW (BC they didn't use to) and proceeded to give us more problems as she pretends to not know how to scan the cash app barcode on my phone. Arrogance was all that was given as she proceeded to aimlessly point the scanner at every which way, but the barcode. At this point, we still have corporate on the phone, recording as these phone calls do get recorded, as we tell her to stop being hardheaded and to just do her job (at this point we are obviously getting irritated at this 10 min trip turned into an hour trip continues in a downhill spiral) the younger employee who was working the register at the time barks at us, "F you! Proceeds to call us b***** and f**** and so on. Maribelle shoes her away as the girl bucks at us from across the counter. Mind you, we were not yelling, not calling anyone names, other then hardheaded because the shoe fits. As I'm standing there a 26 year old female with my 35 year old boyfriend we are in awe that this young girl who's employed by Walgreens cursed us out WHILE CORPORATE WAS ON THE SPEAKER PHONE. Anyways, from then on we didn't get any help as to getting our cash ($5) added to the cash app card. (For the second time in two months). Such unfortunate events occured on behalf of the employees at this Walgreens location. Corporate is obviously aware, since they have the whole thing on the recorded phone call. Never have I had such an unpleasant experience in any place of "business". Embarrassing is all I have to say. Pathetic employees, absolutely no customer service skills - Do better Walgreens

I had a change of insurance and had to transfer my prescriptions to Wal-Greens from CVS. The person who assisted me said she would take care of it. When I went to pick up my medicine 2 days ago, she said, "You don't have a prescription for that." I reminded her I had asked her to refill it and she WROTE IT DOWN. She said, "Well, you have to have it refilled and I have no way of knowing who prescribed this in the first place." I am so accustomed to prescriptions being ready within an hour, great communication, and kind pharmacists at CVS. I need to find another pharmacy.....

Slow. Slow. Slow. Came here on a Thursday at 11:30. Waited 10 minutes for the pharmacy to find my information and waited another 30 minutes to get my booster. I had to ask when they were going to administer it and then they finally got it together. Ridiculous.

I had my COVID test done at the Pleasant Road location. Unfortunately Mike Manno was working the drive thru for testing. His nasty tone/ attitude combined with slamming the phone down after his commands were disgusting. My need for testing was the only reason I didn’t drive off. I’m still in shock.

We are all in trouble when an employee that works in a pharmacy insists that a customer at the drive-thru, alone in their car, must wear a mask before being served. Seriously, do these people behind the bullet proof glass at Walgreens think that people in their cars outside really need to wear masks? Or do they hate the company they work for so much that they just want to give the customers a hard time? I’m terrified of getting any prescription filled there again. I don’t know if they are going to intentionally harm me if I say the wrong thing. Or if they even understand how to fill a prescription if they don’t understand air flow.

Horribly rude staff and manager also did not care. Terrible experience.Went to have pictures printed out and the quality was just awful. Getting a refund was a hassle and when I asked for the manager, that was met with eye rolls and sighs. Manager said "Fine." And when I questioned his attitude towards me he said "I have a cold." Bizarre response from a manager.

I have been a loyal customer for years, especially in the photo department. Over the years there have been some mess ups, but usually if I show the person helping me, they always make it right. Today was different and I will not be back. The response I received today from the woman helping me was as if she didn’t care that my images had been cut off at the top. She didn’t ask to see them or try and figure it out with me. She just kept saying “that must be how we received them.” I’ve done this enough over my 10 year photo career to know it wasn’t. I checked every photo and checked it again when I got home to make sure it wasn’t my fault. It wasn’t. It was a machine error. I usually go to a higher quality print company, but I needed the images fast for my students. Walgreen’s machine must have been off a little and cut the top of my logo off. It was only on a few photos and it wouldn’t have been a big deal.. I just needed her to help me. Being someone who has printed photos on my own large scale printer, I know that the photo paper can get shifted just slightly and catch the images causing there to be a few cm off. I left out of frustration stating I would take my business elsewhere. I said thank you as I turned to walk away and she made sure to say “you’re welcome!” with a sharpness so I would definitely hear it. I am usually very understanding, but it is as if she didn’t have time to make it right and wanted to shut me up. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was just asking for it to be made right. If I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have asked for a manager to help me. I won’t be back.
