I will start this out by saying not only am I appauled by the lack of respect this Walgreens location "employees" did not deliver, but to sensuously not help the situation we have been met with COUNTLESS times at this Walgreens location has been more then distasteful. Me and my boyfriend go to this Walgreens ONLY OUT OF CONVENIENCE. Although out of convenience, driving 5-10 extra miles out of our way to a different walgreens would have been more convenient then to have been discredited and disrespected by not one but two "employees" out of pure arrogance to not have been wrong with a service that Walgreens has offered at every location - word from corporate - for months or even longer. But who are we to educate your employees on the services you provide? All we needed to do was add money to our cash app card ($5) We have done this at countless locations of Walgreens for about the last 6 months, without a problem.. until, that is, we came across Maribelle. She was more then unhelpful, she didn't care that we had corporate on the phone telling her, yes walgreens indeed offers adding money onto the cash app card NOW (BC they didn't use to) and proceeded to give us more problems as she pretends to not know how to scan the cash app barcode on my phone. Arrogance was all that was given as she proceeded to aimlessly point the scanner at every which way, but the barcode. At this point, we still have corporate on the phone, recording as these phone calls do get recorded, as we tell her to stop being hardheaded and to just do her job (at this point we are obviously getting irritated at this 10 min trip turned into an hour trip continues in a downhill spiral) the younger employee who was working the register at the time barks at us, "F you! Proceeds to call us b***** and f**** and so on. Maribelle shoes her away as the girl bucks at us from across the counter. Mind you, we were not yelling, not calling anyone names, other then hardheaded because the shoe fits. As I'm standing there a 26 year old female with my 35 year old boyfriend we are in awe that this young girl who's employed by Walgreens cursed us out WHILE CORPORATE WAS ON THE SPEAKER PHONE. Anyways, from then on we didn't get any help as to getting our cash ($5) added to the cash app card. (For the second time in two months). Such unfortunate events occured on behalf of the employees at this Walgreens location. Corporate is obviously aware, since they have the whole thing on the recorded phone call. Never have I had such an unpleasant experience in any place of "business".Embarrassing is all I have to say. Pathetic employees, absolutely no customer service skills - Do better Walgreens

I had a change of insurance and had to transfer my prescriptions to Wal-Greens from CVS. The person who assisted me said she would take care of it. When I went to pick up my medicine 2 days ago, she said, "You don't have a prescription for that." I reminded her I had asked her to refill it and she WROTE IT DOWN. She said, "Well, you have to have it refilled and I have no way of knowing who prescribed this in the first place." I am so accustomed to prescriptions being ready within an hour, great communication, and kind pharmacists at CVS. I need to find another pharmacy.....

Slow. Slow. Slow. Came here on a Thursday at 11:30. Waited 10 minutes for the pharmacy to find my information and waited another 30 minutes to get my booster. I had to ask when they were going to administer it and then they finally got it together. Ridiculous.

Horribly rude staff and manager also did not care. Terrible experience.Went to have pictures printed out and the quality was just awful. Getting a refund was a hassle and when I asked for the manager, that was met with eye rolls and sighs. Manager said "Fine." And when I questioned his attitude towards me he said "I have a cold." Bizarre response from a manager.

I went to the drive thru to drop off a rx. There were two cars in front of me and I was surprised that I didn't wait long at all. I dropped off my rx and said I would pick it up in about an hour. I came in about an hour and the pharmacist helped me. He answered my question and I paid my copay. It was a easy process with little hassle.

I went to pick up my FedEx order today. Diane was the attendant at the counter. She could not locate my package. She told me that maybe it was in the pharmacy. Why would my order be in the pharmacy? It was FedEx. She told me not to get "huffy" or an attitude with her and then said she was going to go get her manager and disappeared. Karla, the manager then comes over. She looks through the packages and does not see it. She tells me I will just have to call FedEx and tried to dismiss me. She was very irritated that I did not leave. I pulled the tracking up on my phone and showed her that it had been dropped off there over the weekend and that one of her associates signed for it. She then disappeared. She was gone for about 5 minutes when she appeared with my package that had been OPENED! She said someone must have opened it and it was okay because the product inside was still in tact. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! They immediately tried to make them misplacing my package MY PROBLEM! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! By the way, is it not a federal offense to open mail that is not yours? It was clearly marked with my name on it!

A quick stop to drop off FedEx packages (I had no idea they did that, but yep. At the photo counter.) and grab a bottle of water from the cooler for our drive. The store is otherwise just fine. The lady who scanned the packages was quite nice and the short queue at the register went fast. [Review 10522 overall, 289 of 2019.]

The male pharmacist at this location is the least helpful, and by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with in the medical field. I moved all my prescriptions here due to convenience and insurance. However, as soon as I return to town I will be transferring everything back, and gladly pay a higher price. Even gave him several chances, everyone has an off day. He's just rude period! I'll be emailing corporate about the specifics. Unprofessionalism is not appropriate for a pharmacist. Helpful liaison between patient and Dr? He missed ALL those classes.

I'd give a 0 if I could. The only reason I even started using them is because my insurance company had a deal where they could supply 90 day prescriptions. This is the 2nd time I came here to get my prescription filled only to be told they are out and had to order it. I was told that a couple days ago and they said they'd have it Friday, so I came Saturday. No record that I was even here and they needed to order a couple days ago. And this isn't the first time they have done that. Guess I see now why the insurance company wants to go with them. It's to save a buck.

Katrina is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across. Terrible attitude; was mad she got called from the back to work the photo center. I have printed numerous cruise photos from a flash drive purchased on a cruise. She got ugly saying I needed to complete a form. When I said I have never had to do that, she got upset with me. When I called her on her attitude she continued to raise her voice at me. I then got loud and demanded a manager. She claimed to be the manager. If that was true I can't believe you'd hire someone like her. She was rude and unprofessional. I called my husband to come into the store because Katrina refused to tell me what was needed on the form and would not let me pay for the 2 reprints. She wanted to continue to argue with my husband. He completed her form and we paid and left. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. It is a shame that you'd employee someone hat has no idea how to communicate with the public.

Terrible. Manager on phone ATM not working...they make it near impossible to give them business. Will not return. I went over to CVS, boom done. Didn't need cash to load a card, greeted at door, given great service. DONT GO HERE.

I've popped in here and there but today, my husband stopped in to get his passport picture taken. The lady working in the photo dept apparently was going on break and didn't offer to have someone relieve her/assist him - just told him to come back in 30 mins because "it's my break, get over it". Seriously? I'll rethink before spending money here again.
