We worked directly with agent Caroline McCarthy. Caroline was very approachable, friendly, informative, and helpful. She came out and shared the process and what to expect even though we were clear that we were not yet ready to put the house on the market. She gave helpful suggestions about how to prepare the home for showing. Once we decided to put the home on the market, she did a thorough review of the prices of comparable homes and suggested a reasonable price for the house. She quickly set everything up to get our house on the market as soon as possible. She provided good information and suggestions. She was a good advocate on our behalf with the buyers' agent.Overall Caroline did an excellent job selling our home!

Both Linda and Sabine met with us, in our home, to discuss the best game plan to sell our house. We took all their advice and it worked beautifully. In our short stay here in, NC, we’ve had 3 (almost 4) transactions with this team, and every time, I’ve felt as though we were the only ones they were working with. The communication is incredibly prompt and professional, they work hard for their clients and attempt to maintain excellent communication with other realtors. We recently closed on our home and this team is still receiving communication from the buyers. This team is honest, sincere, and just top notch. I cannot imagine using another realtor or group. If they are working for you, they are 100% invested in making sure you have a pleasant and smooth experience.
