We’ve been twice now with our schnauzer, Baxter, and both times, with 2 different groomers, he’s come home looking fabulous and happy. The staff is friendly and their system from booking to paying is simple and they work quickly. Really glad we found them!

Me and my Golden Retriever mix love this place. We’ve been using them for over and year and are happy with all the things, customer service, grooming services, friendliness and efficiency.

Megan makes our cockapoo look so handsome & his smile shows it. He loves going to the groomers & she is so patient with him. I really like that when the pups are finished or waiting their turn that they are not crated in small cages but large gate areas. Everyone is so friendly. Megan and Garret have been so helpful in educating how to care for my dog's fur coat even before we started going.

We’ve had a few different groomers here and they’ve all been great! Our cockapoo gets treated so well and is happy going there and is happy when we pick him up! We love that he’s not kept in a kennel and gets individual treatment. Everyone is nice and friendly and loves dogs!

Jeff always looks amazing when I pick him up. He’s a wiggly puppy, and he hate having his ears touched, but they’re still able to do this out-of-the-box haircut and make it look GOOD ♥️

Found out about this place through Neighbour next door app and decided give it a try, our previous groomer moved to another state so we decided not to come back to our previous place, and it was a bit far from us anyway. This place is pretty close so I went ahead and schedule an appointment for my poodle pup. They responded quick and had time, date I wanted without any problem. When I came to pick her up, I was amazed, she looked so gorgeous! I ll be honest it’s hard to find a professional groomer who understands what you want, this place definitely one of good once. I ll definitely will be coming back with my other pup when she will be ready for haircut.Update: another pup had been there twice and haircuts turned out awesome

I just tried this groomer for the first time today, and I must say I have never been so impressed. My senior dog has many health issues, and they did not shy away from taking her case. I can tell by her behavior once home that she had a very pleasant experience. They were very informative, and gave me tips on new things to try. I am so thankful for them!

On Tuesday, July 18, I took my little dog to this place for the first time to be bathed and haircut, and when I picked him up, he was very frightened and scared, and when I got home, I saw that they shaved his private parts and caused him wounds, I informed that my puppy was neutered and now I request that they pay me for the visit to my dog's veterinarian. all this week he has been crying and desperate since he could not sit down because of the pain ?

I have been living in Fort mill for a short time and one of my worries was who would give Hershey a good grooming and I thank God that I got them, the first time and I hope to continue taking Hershey here for a long time, thank you for giving me peace of mind. Excellent work
