This quite possibly has to be the worst possible bank/branch I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what they are doing or talking about. I don't know this company's dynamics.. but as a BA, with 25 years of financial background.. wow. Dude sits and pretends he is on the phone so he doesn't have to talk to customers. I would keep looking...

I came here to do a transaction, since there are no branches in Charlotte. I felt bullied by both the store manager and the teller. The transaction was not done correctly. They refuse to look at my documentation. It was a complete waste of time and humiliating. I felt racially profiled. I will not be back, and I will be complaining to the corporate office.

I originally had a lovely experience with this branch when I went in to close my account (due to living to far from a td, i banked with them in new york and were great) the lady that helped me couldn’t have been kinder. even called to check on me 2 days later that everything was processed. BUT i just called to do a follow up on a statement and the lady who answered the phone (i think her name was Angelica) could not have been ruder!!!! first off she asked to put me on hold right away, which i get she could have been busy, but instead of holding she HUNG UP on me. Then when I called back she acted as if I was on hold. Then when I asked her for help she cut me off before I finished my sentence and said “we can’t help you” and then practically hung up on me again!!!! talk about horrible customer service

Waited for 43 minutes to get a teller to help me at this location. Staff worked like sloths. Why would one have to give a social to make a deposit? Shady at best.ROCK HILLS LEAST CONVENIENT BANK!!

Made two payroll deposits, at two different times through the mobile app and neither has cleared after a week. I had a death in the family and they say there is nothing they can do about a check coming from a major hotel and a school district. As soon as my money clears, I am done. They don’t care about there customers.
