I have been to this Jeep dealership twice and the staff in the service department are very nice and professional. However, I went under my vehicle after my last oil change and noticed that all the screws holding the cover plate were either missing or loose. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have a brand new Jeep that costs a lot of money and went to a dealership because they are supposed to have better mechanics and take pride in what they do. Not the case at all! Something so simple and easy, and they can't even get it, right. If I wouldn't have looked and re-screwed everything, the entire bottom plate would've ripped off. Don't give them your business.

I’ve had the best experience ever dealing with John as my sales representative. John was very courteous, professional and upfront from the second that we met. No pressure, but extremely engaged with follow ups, taking all of my phone calls to answer any questions that came up, even on his personal off time. I recommend John to anyone in the market for a new car. You were amazing John, keep up the good work.

After visiting several dealerships for a new or used vehicle for my son and the horrible customer service from multiple salesman, Jay Levin provided amazing care and support that resulted in our purchase of a beautiful and dependable truck! Other dealerships viewed our family and the potential customer - my 21 yr old son - as immature and a joke. First of all, you don't know what others are capable of as a first time buyer and you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. A young, dependable, responsible, and mature young man that is financially independent isn't something that you can wear on your lapel and those things are based on what is on paper. But if you do not take the time to create a relationship with the buyer, you are not going to get to that point of talking numbers. I am very disappointed in the negative experiences we had over several weeks.Mr. Levin is AMAZING and PERSONABLE which really showed in his care and concern. He took time to speak with us and took the time to really find a great deal for my son to purchase an immaculate and dependable truck which is absolutely going to be a great investment that also came with a warranty not only from the dealership but from the factory. My son is still smiling from ear to ear from the confidence Mr. Levin bestowed upon him as well as a self-confidence that a parent can only hope for. Thank you so much Mr. Levin - we are all very thankful for your respect and care!Another individual that was amazing is Q Gibbs. His smile provided a warm welcome that makes you feel at home. He is like the cool uncle that is fun to hang out with and keeps you in check. He is like the one family member that continues to respect his grandparents in order to continue the family name honorably. His assistance in sealing the deal was key to the purchase and financing. Mr. Gibbs you are wonderful and you treated my family with positive regard and first class customer service. Thank you all for caring about my family!

Charles in the Stateline service department provided top notch customer service, from start to finish. I had tons of work done to our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was done in 2.5 hours. I was also kept up-to-date on progress. Jeep drives so much better now!

John Watson, the sales associate, was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot, details about the vehicles, and all aspects of our vehicle purchase. We could tell John is passionate about all things Dodge! Rob, the manager, was friendly and made us feel confident he would do anything he could to earn our business. We got options about different trucks to help us make our decision about our purchase. The finance team worked with us to give us the best package possible with financing and warranty.

The dealership service department got my vehicle at my appointment and I was given my loaner car right away. The dashboard looked complicated but the guy in charge of the rentals showed me what to do. My service advisor texted me later in the day and told me what needed to be done. It was not as expensive as I expected but keep in mind I have always been impressed with the service department at Stateline Dodge etc. The car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time I thought. Once I got the vehicle the air conditioning was working fine. I asked about any other issues and they told me and checked that everything else was fine. I want to hold off at least two more years before buying a new car so I am trying to keep it well maintained. Any other questions please text or email me. Thank you. John

Khali, my assigned Service Manager, was excellent! He communicated with me through the diagnostic process and then got me the details and options for the repairs needed for our company vehicle within a reasonable time. Then, through their electronic link, I was able to efficiently review and approve the items I wanted accomplished. The van was repaired the next day and ready for pick up! Great experience!

After a terrible experience with Carvana, we went to Stateline and worked with John Watson to get us into a new vehicle with the payments we wanted and all options we were looking for. John was professional, personable and listened to our need and then delivered. He was quick with the paperwork, transparent about everything and did not try and contest our budget constraints. I HIGHLY recommend working with John and his team at Stateline. We will not go anywhere else.

We were very pleased with the buying and serving of the Stateline staff. They were engaging and thoughtful to our needs and situation. Did not feel Salesy but as if the actually cared to meet our budget and time. It was one of the fastest car buying experiences we've ever had.

This place is absolute garbage with the worst and most rude management you can imagine. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. We traded in our car that had around $3,000 left on our loan, they told us they would send the check to pay it off within 20 days. Month later we start getting collection calls from our loan place and we call this dealership over and over and over again only to find out weeks later they sent the payment to the wrong place affecting our credit and the only reason it was corrected was due to our insane amount of calls. Then 2 months after purchasing the car our AC goes out, we bought the extended BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty only to find out that SURPRISE it's not covered and they want $180 just to look at it. After the terrible experience we had you'd think they would try and be accommodating but absolutely not. Management is disgusting and needs to replaced. They are snake oil salesmen that sell garbage. If you bought a car here I feel bad for you and to those looking take this as your sign not to.

Service department took care of my issue quickly and promptly as promised. My truck was 127 miles past the manufacturer warranty. The oil temp sensor developed a leak. Chrysler denied a policy exception for the repair. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern from Ram. I was told by the service writer it was denied due to low cost of claim and lack of service records on the vehicle. I service my own vehicles and maintain them very well. I have service records. I am a warranty administrator for my company so I understand the hidden meaning in the response for denial. I don’t do enough business with Stateline so I don’t deserve the extra attention. I am grateful for the fast turn around for the repair. I could have repaired it myself. Did not have time and was hoping for help from Ram due to the low hours. When I arrived home I inspected the repair. I cleaned it better before I brought the truck to Stateline. I diagnosed it for them. Told them where it was leaking. It was not cleaned after the repair. Not very well. Oil residue everywhere. Now I have to take time to clean it myself. I greatly appreciate the fast turn around. Just expected more.
