The store ignored me countless times after telling them my phone is payed and proving it but it turns out tmobile either deleted my account or they just didn't care because I have all the proof I need to show the 1800 dollar phone bills were paid in full do not go here for any phone and do not try to get one unlocked it won't happen take my word for it

We payed off our phones and came here after doing so to unlock them after the company made me pay over 1800 dollars on phones that were not even worth the money do not purchase a phone from this franchise unless you want to pay more for nothing they will not unlock your phone and they will not help you in any of the Tmobile stores.

Buyer beware when using this location. Was told promo was for free tablet just to get our bill and find out this was not the case. Was promised a call back, never happened.

Rude middle aged black male employee walked up in front of me blocking my view while I was looking at phones and acted like I wasn’t there. Never said excuse nor did he make any effort to help me. Good luck here. The girl working was a little better.

We walked into a store to switch from different carrier to T-mobile, I already have T-mobile my friend wanted to switch it to it cause I been bragging how much I love it but let me tell you Aubrynn Smith sales assistant has no passion for her work her attitude was worst. She wasn't even trying to help us with other plans only the one she come up with. I been telling her about a plan I have and she still would stick to her plan she picked for my friend, just horrible experience. I start speaking to my friend in different language and then that's when completely she start ignoring me, I felt like she had some judgement that we are not from this country.

Sales representative kept harassing Mr to change my plan after I clearly stated what I wanted from the beginning. In addition, was trying to add an authorized user to the account, clarified THREE times. User still wasn’t authorized

I visited the T-Mobile store in Fort Mill, SC on Saturday, 10/7. Aubrynn Smith was the salesperson who helped me with getting T-Mobile internet & transferring my iPhone to T-Mobile from spectrum. In addition, I got a new iPad Air 5th generation. During the visit, Aubrynn shard with I could get a free iPhone 14, but I couldn't at the time because my iPhone XR had a line at the bottom of the display. Aubrynn referred me to Cellular Refresh to get it it repaired & come back because the promotion was for 2 weeks. I told her I would be back this weekend & she said that would be okay because the promotion would still be going on. On Saturday, 10/14, I went to Cellular Refresh to have my iPhone repaired & went straight to T-Mobile afterwards. When I arrived at T-Mobile, I specifically asked for Aubrynn. When Aubrynn came to me, she had no clue who I was after I gave her several clues/hints from my visit the week before. Once I told her I had gotten my iPhone repaired & was there to get the free iPhone 14, she told me the promotion ended on October 11. Obviously, I was not happy & I reminded her she had told me the promotion would be going for 2 weeks. She offered me the iPhone 13 & I declined because she had said the iPhone 14 would be free & the promotion was for 2 weeks. That was by far the worst customer service. At no point, did she check with her manager to see if the promotion could be granted. Unfortunately, Aubrynn needs some service recovery training.

Rosie G.deserves a big raise. She knows what she is doing, very sweet and spent time helping with my I watch 9. I spent 10 hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn’t figure out what Rosie did in 45 minutes. She is my go to from t mobile from now on.

Brandon was great but Tmobile is worse than our government at ripping you offer, ,???How you charge your billing cycles you don't even get a full month when switching???? When Verizon is cheaper that's crazy,??

Do not switch to T Mobile. We were told they use AT&T towers which was the provider we had before switching. It's been 2 weeks and and we can not get any signal in Rock Hill/Fort mill area. The only way our phones work is when connected to WiFi. Now we are having issues getting our numbers released so we can switch back to AT&T. Absolutely horrible phone service provider who obviously lies to potential customers about their service areas.

T-Mobile had me so frustrated after calling Customer service going to 2 stores dealing with a salesman at this location early in the day, I had to come back because of system down, I was finally able to talk to a nice young lady, Rosie! She was very pleasant and handled my situation with ease and professionalism. Had it not been for her the star rating would've been very low. Thank you Rosie for caring!
