Such a cute shop! Went looking for Thymes Frasier Fir, but found so many other cute things. They have a pretty extensive Brighton collection if you enjoy that series. The 50% off Christmas decor was a great sale. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and down to earth, which is often not the case in boutiques like this. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful store, prices are super high. Staff were not friendly during my visit. Lots to look at, however the prices about knocked me over, I like to support local business but it took me a long time to find something I felt was a fair price. It's worth a look around. Who knows maybe I went when they were having a bad day or maybe prices are thru the roof temporarily; due to inflation/supply chain?

They were good a couple years ago but ordinary and overpriced now. What a shame. And the staff is nothing special either. Pass

Their return policy is absurd. I received something from my husband at Christmas…it was a gift. I had no idea of the return policy because……it was a gift. I requested just to exchange for a candle. I had the receipt with the tag still on the item. NOPE, they pointed to the posted return policy. I did not see the policy since it was gift. I have shopped here over many years in Indian Land but will no longer purchase anything. I went online to the company who makes the candle and ordered directly. I’m all for supporting local businesses but I will be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

Received a Christmas gift from my mother which was purchased from Southern Nest in Indian Land. Mom has purchased many items from this store in the past. Went back to exchange the item, and was told there are no returns of holiday items. When we explained that we were not looking for a refund but an exchange or store credit, the woman in the store merely repeated "no returns of holiday items", and was a bit belligerent about it as well.As a business owner myself I do understand the importance of bottom line, however understand the much more important aspect of customer service. I am posting this with the hope that this small business owner realizes that it is making a mistake by having stringent, antiquated, and unfriendly exchange policies...however in the meantime it has lost one loyal customer in my mother as well as us as potential customers. In a world of too many corporate stores and not enough family stores, it saddens me to recommend to anyone reading this post to take your business elsewhere until a time this small business owner re-examines its policies as well as its treatment of its customers, both new and loyal.

I have never felt more embarrassed in a store. I went there hoping to find a hostess gift. As soon as I walked in a sales associate (or manager), came up to me looked me up and down, and gave me the biggest look of disgust (I guess leggings and sweaters are not okay anymore?). I have never felt more embarrassed in my life and felt like I had to immediately leave the store. I did not realize that having a Louis Vuitton bag was a requirement for shopping at the store. I nor any of my bags will be returning to this overpriced Marshall's ( and yes you can find a lot of this same stuff at Marshall's or such). Judging women at a women's boutique in this day and age (in my opinion), as julia Roberts "big mistake"

I've seen this store a lot while passing by and decided to stop in today. They were having a sale which mostly consisted of items outside that were 50% off m. I purchased items not on sale that were a gift. The super nice lady ringing me up asked me if I wanted my items gift wrapped, I said sure. Another lady watching over her shoulder rudely interrupted and said sternly, we are NOT wrapping due to our sale. It was awkward and completely unnecessary as they weren't busy and it takes very little time to wrap in tissue and put in a gift bag. The whole encounter made me not want to return.

Great boutique with creative and unique items for gift-giving or styling your own home--chandeliers, vases, tabletop decor, florals, trendy fashions. You won't walk away empty handed or disappointed!

So disappointed that no one in the store was wearing a mask. There was a sign that said masks are optional. You had many beautiful things but since you have no regard for my health or trying to overcome this pandemic by simply wearing a mask and protecting the public I will have to go elsewhere! Good luck to you!

Tried to shop here again yesterday. As soon as I opened the door, the woman behind the counter greeted me with a friendly "hello," but she was not wearing a mask. I don't believe she was one of the two previous women I saw three weeks ago. So, no shopping for me at this store; I turned around and walked out. Why is this store not complying with the directive to wear masks?
