I’ve used Shutterfly to make 3 photo books, mostly without issue. I just made a 90 page photo book with almost 400 pics from a 2 week trip seeing 11 national parks, so it’s a very important book. Got the book and there were multiple pics and embellishment that were cropped out or cut off. No error alerts when editing the book that they were too close to the edge. Contacted support and they issued a full credit for a reprint. Great. Got the reprint and it was worse. None of the pages are centered vertically. There’s a white line going across the top where it’s very obvious it was cut incorrectly. More pics were cut off at the bottom than the original as a result of it being off center. More embellishments were cut off in the reprint. Pics that were fine in the original were cut off in the reprint. I didn’t want another reprint because they had two chances, and did it worse the second time. Instead of the 100% satisfaction guaranteed promise, they offered a full refund if it sent the books back or a 50% credit. I got them to issue a 50% refund for a product they screwed up multiple times. Will never use them again. There is clearly no quality control.

Usually I give positive reviews for companies but not Shutterfly in Fort Mill, SC. My mother created a special book for my daughter who graduated and if you can see from the pictures below, this is how the book arrived today 7/19/2024... this is clearly unacceptable. Especially, after taking the time to add, crop, position, type special notes under pictures and paying the high prices for these books Shutterfly should be ashamed. To the higher ups, How would you feel if you had taken the time to create a special product for your loved one and it arrived like this in the mail? From a customer's stand point this shows lack of consideration and that you care more about quantity over quality. It's always an issue with these books, either the pages are falling out, book covers damaged, lost book or pictures doesn't print right. DO NOT LET THE 4⭐ rating fool you. We will be taking our money to a company who values there customers.

This job is really races the office staff and some of the team leaders mind you I'm a black female and they are a different race of course ii was working for their peak season very great worker came in on time and early and did more work on the job then what was expected then one day ii was working with this white male who was in a wheel chair and he felt some type of way when ii told him to put the package in the bin which me and him been working together before and when ii asked BEFOREhe had no issue but that one day he felt like itwas it was a issue so he went to the office and told them then ah min later they called me down their and wanted me to apologize which ii was like okay ii will so when ii went back ii though on it and didn't because apolozge only should come from a person that did something wrong which ii didn't so ii kept working and ignored it and of course his little white friends was on his side encouraging him to say more to get me fired even the team lead so the same day on the way home they sent me a text saying my assignment ended and yes timma get my lawyer involved because that was rases and stereotype ii see why they have so many officers on duty their that's crazy if you think about working here Don't !!!

Customer service is the worst. If you have a previous address that you have used for the app, but you pay with Apple Pay, it is not going to go to the Apple Pay address. Your order will ship to the previous address. It doesn’t confirm where the order is going to ship to when you pay.Now, on top of that I tried to call customer service to have the ship to address updates. Trying to find a number to call to reach a human is hard to find, but keep looking. Using the SMS as customer service doesn’t work because the bot can’t do anything.Once I got ahold of someone they were not able to update the ship to address, they just stated the one item was about to ship and nothing could be done. Shutterfly uses UPS, so this change is completely possible. However, they have inept customer service. This is probably something that happens on occasion and the customer service associate should know how to fix it- it is such a simple fix!I’d appreciate a reply from someone, but you don’t even know if you’re reviewing the right “Shutterfly”location. Ugh.

I still work here so I won't say too too much. It's actually not a bad place to work. 12hour shifts but off 3 days. 4am-4pm and 4pm to 4am

Having been using Shutterfly over the years for photo prints, cards and to make customized photo books as gifts. Never had any issues in the past…..until now. The 8x8 photo book I made for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day came with photo pages from someone else’s order in my book! Yikes! Contacted customer service (bot) and was told a new book would be made and delivered ASAP. The second book that came was correctly made this time, but was sent using the slowest shipping method possible. Was not delivered in time for Mother’s Day.

Has pretty good service.... only thing is they don't always send your orders altogether at one time then you don't know if your complete order or not ... it happened several times that I reordered some photos that only part of the order came at one time then the rest of the order finally came so then I had alot of extra photos.... otherwise there pretty good ...

Customer service is a disaster.I called two times asking the same question lady just hang up the phone twice.I don't know what's her job, hanging up a phone is not probable.

Great place to work. They recognize great work. Safety is their number 1 priority, get rewarded for doing good work, great staff, free Dinners, great pay, etc.
