I had ring sizing done, repairs on other jewelry done as well. I am happy that they do the work in house. They have excellent prices and give excellent offers on gold.

I inherited some rings from my mother after she passed and needed to find a reputable jeweler to resize some and help redesign a special piece for me. After reading all of the glowing reviews I can safely say, Sessoms and Sons lived up to the praise. I worked primarily with Isaiah and he was professional and friendly throughout. He showed me many different options for redesigning the two rings I had into one. We ultimately decided to go with a completely custom design which I picked up today. I am absolutely blown away by how perfect it is, even better than the renderings that were sent. I am so grateful for the work that was put in to making this ring and happy that I found the reviews that sent me here. You have a customer for life. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and informative. They were encouraging throughout the process and helped me find the best ring possible for my hopefully-fiancé! It was the best shopping experience I had in the area for sure.

Needed 2 watch batteries replaced for a couple of older watches that I own. Sessoms did a great job of installing the batteries while I waited. Great customer service!

This is a fabulous jeweler. Took a ring in to be sized on Wednesday and got it back on Thursday. Flawless work. You would never know that the ring was ever worked on. Highly recommend. I’ll be taking more back to them for sure!

I had high hopes based on the reviews, and my diamond was sized beautifully. My wedding band, however, was sized down too far and I couldn't get it over my knuckle. Fine, things happen. The guy put it on a stretcher and promptly snapped it in half. He said yeah you are going to have to leave it a few days. Today I get the text that it's ready so I text back asking for a discount on then sizing. The reply said, $200 (for both) was the agreed upon price. Right, it was, it was agreed upon. Then it was sized wrong which was creating another trip back but that's fine. I was ok with that. Then it was broken while trying to stretch it without doing it properly. Again, $200 is the agreed upon price there is no discount. I just wanted my ring back and realizing there was going to be no reasonable customer service I went and picked it up. Thankfully it is sized correctly but not before breaking it and having to repair it. I wasn't asking for free, but a discount on the sizing of that ring only.l is the least they could do. While the rings were eventually sized down right, I cannot give a 5 star review because of the negligence and poor customer service I received on taking responsibility for their errors. Nice people but disappointing experience.

I dropped my setting and stone off around lunch time on Thursday and it was ready on Friday afternoon. Great price and the ring looks beautiful. I highly recommend.

I needed some prongs repaired on my ring as well as a resize. They did a fantastic job! My ring looks amazing! Completely fair pricing and turn around time was great as well!

Can’t say enough about the staff here. Recently moved to Charleston where no jeweler could fix my watches in house. My wife went to Fort Mill for a few days of work and the gents at S&S were able to fix them without any problems. Highly recommend

Great business and amazing service! I walked in to get my wife’s ring reshaped, since she wore it to the gym and it bent. After going to a previous jeweler, I thought this would be $1,000’s to repair. The gentleman at Sessoms fixed it in less than 5 minutes and for no charge. Needless to say, they have gained my trust for all future jewelry needs - I will definitely be going back!

Having seen good reviews on our community message board, I brought a few pieces of jewelry to Sessoms and Sons to be repaired and resized. They couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Everything that was needed was taken care of. Since I am apparently hard on rings, I am very happy to find a jeweler I can rely on.
