My sister left today in tears. ? They treated her like trash!!! Nooooooooo customer service whatsoever!!!! I will tell all my family and friends in fort mill to NEVER EVER go here!!!! I am a native of Fort Mill also. So yall really messed up today by how you treated my sister!!! You should be ashamed! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The star is for the lady who works there she was more nicer than the nail tech that I encountered. He was so rude. He sat down without saying as much as a hi to me. Seemed like he had an attitude or didnt want to service me the whole time. He didn't ask howI wanted my nails then assumed to give me gel without asking. He was so uninviting. The nail tech beside him was much more helpful. I wished I could have been serviced by her, the rating would be much better. She talked to her clients and even broke the ice with me to Start a conversation by seeing how her coworker was treating me, I guess. He didn't even give me cuticle oil.? I was treated so unfair that I will not be returning. Not sure if he's prejudice or just didn't want to deal with me because as soon as another client came in he perked up and spoke to her. The total oppositeof my encounter with him. But he definitely didn't make me feel good while being serviced. Imagine paying 60 for something you didn't ask for. That was my 1st time, & I would not recommend going back!! ?

This is my dad’s account lol! But I’ve been coming to bailey for 4, almost 5 years now and I will NEVER go anywhere else! Bailey is absolutely the best. She has wonderful staff as well. Jan and David especially are also amazing!! Pro Nail Spa is the best in town!

I came in last minute in a panic cause my nail tech canceled last minute…Bailey came to my rescue and slammed out an amazing set in an hour for me! Even though it was almost closing she sat me and serviced me with care. Bailey is amazing and definitely has become my go to person!!

This is absolutely been the most shocking experience at any nail place that I’ve ever been to over the past 20+ years of my life getting my nails done. I asked for a clear ‘cat eyed’ technique using pics, multiple pictures to ensure I was communicating myself correctly because with all of these new nail techniques currently all I know as someone who is not a nail specialist is I see something I think it’s pretty I decided I like it. I show my nail tech and if they can’t do it exactly like I want it done I just tell them just get it as close as possible. Boom that’s it and usually every single other time I’ve ever gotten my nails done except for this time today it’s been perfect no problems. However, this time I was asking for an opal white color very natural and I even told them that I needed them to have a very natural look for work purposes and they started doing my nails, and I begin speaking with the girl sitting next to me getting her nails done and all the sudden, I realized that they had dipped my fingers and jet black SNS powder and then instead of fixing it proceeded to put one coat of white regular fingernail polish over top of the black SNS shellac treat me like I was being the pain in the butt because I pointed out the fact that I wanted a color that was literally on the complete opposite side of the color wheel and what they gave me and they made sure that I knew Clear about me being a pain in the butt to them, which is absolutely ludicrous. once they painted white regular fingernail polish on top of the black hardened fingernails they didn’t even try to clean up my fingernails or file down the edges or underneath of my fingernails! So I was actually CHARGED $65 (& STILL TIPPED!) to have my nails actually destroyed! It looks like there’s a black fungus growing in my nail beds with chipped peeling off white fingernail polish over top my 8 1/2 year-old could’ve done a better job not to mention I paid a babysitter $25 an hour to be with my children while I went to go get my nails done and ended up having to pay her for an extra hour because I had to stay longer than I would have if they had listened to me to begin with so that they could paint my fingernails white and then go home and spend more money on a babysitter that shouldn’t have had the downhill effects of this absolute hysterically ridiculous situation in that it affected her schedule just as it did mine and cost a lot of money. It looks like I put my fingernails in a big bag and then paid somebody money to allow me to do so they treated me poorly at the same time I to be treated like crap and have my fingernail demolished by an agitated and distraught nail tech like I was the problem! Lol! I’ll be back tomorrow though because this is not OK and by the way, I work this location however I live in uptown Charlotte, so tomorrow when I go back for them to fix this. That’s also going to be round-trip about an hour drive to go sit at a place for another hour to have them fix. They messed up today, the extra gas I have to use to get there and back and the extra time away from my children once again! Nobody cares about anybody
anymore. Where is the integrity in your work? Where is the craftsmanship gone? Do you guys not care or are you just too comfortable with all these five star reviews that you don’t think that one person who was given horrible experience is going to have any effect- and that is where the problem lies, right there. This entitled, lackadaisical, ‘woe is me’ behavior!
This is just blowing to me is absolutely mind blowing
