Specialties: Stylist is totally different than other places. Great experience over all. They are all kind and patient and cut what you wanted. My kid always excited to go get the haircut. Highly recommended.

I don’t know who the hairdresser was as she didn’t introduce herself but she rushed through the haircut and totally chopped off all my son’s hair in less than 5 min. I specially said I only wanted a trim. I am super upset at how horrible this cut is, I’m sure it’ll take awhile to grow back correctly. You can see in the photo how much was removed from the bottoms and around the ears and that she even left stragglers behind. Shocked that someone could do this and feel confident in their work.

Cute place and very kid forward! We will come back again. Our little one cute her own hair and they were able to correct it as best as possible. They were super sweet and had lots of things to keep her busy.

I don’t even know the hairstylist name as she didn’t introduce herself. Personally NOT WORTH the 25.00 (plus tip) for a ~15 min rushed hair trim. I was so excited for my son’s first haircut and thought they would actually cut his hair. What we got was a trim which is actually uneven. I’m giving it two stars because the hairstylist was nice and my son enjoyed the car and was calm but she was super rushed and my son actually was not acting up. They need to extend their time with the kids to have time to really cut their hair. No worth the price because I could have done the same type of haircut at home. Really sad actually about how it turned out. This was an after and before.

Gave two stars because the place is cute and child friendly, and my child enjoys sitting in the car chair and playing there. However, this is a hair salon that we take him to and pay money for a haircut and the stylists who work there are terrible. They cannot give a basic haircut. We have taken our child there twice, and had his hair cut by two different people and they completely butcher it. They make big mistakes that anyone with eyes can see. The best part of the haircut is what they do with the razor, anything they do with scissors for the longer pieces of hair is completely uneven and makes no sense. Would never take my child to this location again nor would I recommend for anyone who doesn’t want their child’s hair to look bad. Go to the Blakeney location instead! I took my child there a couple of times and those stylist do a much much better job! Will drive there even though it’s further.

After getting some terrible haircuts for my son, I’m glad I found Christie at Pigtails and Crewcuts a couple years ago. She is consistently great with his hair. She listened when I explained his hair challenges the first time (straight hair that won’t stay parted, with cowlicks), and figured out a cut that looks great and is low maintenance and lasts a long time. Online scheduling is easy, there are automobile chairs to choose from, a playroom to hang out in while you wait, TVs to watch during the haircut, and we are in and out quickly every time. Depending on the day/time you go, allow for some extra time for parking just in case.

We got stopped on the way to our appointment due to construction and and extremely long line at the light. That is neither here nor there, but things happen and we were turned away at 6 minutes due to they stylist taking a walk-in. The website says 15 minutes, but I was told 5 minutes. However, no accommodation was even attempted! You can take a walk-in, but not even discuss with any of the stylists about trying to fit us in. Terrible service and overpriced crap. We will never recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, the kids were all screaming, not very reassuring.

I took my son to get a haircut This morning and to say the experience was subpar is an understatement. The lady doing his hair did not ask how short I wanted Haircut, did not ask me where I wanted more length off, did not ask me if it looked good once it was done, The list goes on and on. Now my son is going to a wedding in two weeks absolutely botched haircut. I will never come back to this place.

This place is amazing!! Christie was so patient and understanding with my 16 month old during his first haircut which turned out awesome. I was going to wait til he was 1.5 yrs old because I was worried at this stage he’s in he wouldn’t be able to sit still long enough, but she was incredible and really knowledgeable in how to handle / distract a young toddler like mine! 10/10 recommend this place to any parents considering bringing their young toddlers for a haircut. So worth it!

My daughter went in and received a haircut. She explained what she wanted and the stylist confirmed with my husband before starting, which is very much appreciated. Stylist listened, even went shorter when asked without question. They end with a styling or braid which sent my daughter beaming with excitement. Overall, great experience
