“Today I took my dog Tanner to get his very first professional grooming. He us 8 years old and is a pitty mix. They are EXCELLENT!! They gave him the full treatment. He was a very happy dog. They took very good care of him. The ladies there are very knowledgeable and calming for the pet and the owner...lol. I will be taking him back for sure. Thank you Dirty Dog Depot for caring about my dog and for the great job!!”

“My first time in a Pets supplies Plus store. The store is well stocked and very clean. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I took my daughters two golden doodles to be groomed. Our groomer was Jessica and she is a student groomer. Jessica did an amazing job! Both doodles were cut perfectly, their nails were done and they smelled so fresh. Both dogs were so happy when I picked them up! Jessica was great at grooming just like we ask and this was one of the best cuts they have ever had! I will definitely be coming back! Ask for Jessica! She is amazing!”

“I love this place. They always have a great friendly staff and the best sales. My dogs love the little cookie display/ bakery looking shelf in front. They have the cutest dog treats. Also a great selection for pet food. I will definitely keep coming here.I am sadden about another review I read on here .. For people reading the reviews like myself please do not be discouraged from this business. Especially, because of another's self entitlement. Yes, the parking lot is busy and yes the staff may have off days, but doesn't everyone?This shop has quality items and quality people its worth checking out. I favor the local shop.”

“I am writing this review because of all the less than favorable reviews from people who clearly don't know how a rescue works. This is a rescue, not a department store to come in and buy a parrot. That is what I am sorry to say, is what Petsmart does. People have commented about the staff not being friendly. They are not waitresses or salespeople. Many are volunteers. The main objective is to take care of the birds and help people adopt our birds. They are not selling them. Someone wrote that some of the birds don't look that great. People, these are rescue birds. Some of them have been living in really bad conditions. You wouldn't look too great either if you had been through what these birds have lived through. If you want to have a bird to just show off to people, go to a breeder and pay thousands of dollars for the "perfect bird" I wish people would just keep their mouths shut if they don't know what they are talking about. This is a fantastic rescue. The birds are well taken care and that is what is important. They have a well thought out adoption process. They want to make sure the birds are going to good homes, not a home that puts them back into a horrible environment again. Birds are complicated creatures. They aren't just something to pick up at Petsmart and throw in a cage. People need to familiarize themselves with what a rescue is intended to be, not what they think it should be before passing judgment in a post.”
“Zeke loves shopping with Pet Wants! He loves the dry and can food. He has allergies and his coat has never looked healthier! A wonderful variety of treats and toys and their prices are very affordable. The staff spoils him the minute he walks in the door, they remember his name and he loves the attention. “I visit Lidl store in Indian Land SC, its one of my favorite store for bakeries and fresh produces. Very clean and organized store and very helpful employees. The cashiers are very helpful and polite. I am always a happy customer in this store. I always visit here first to get my items before visiting walmart nearby where I go if needed things not available in Lidl. Great store and great customer service.”
“I purchased the the clear windowsill shields from Claw Guard. My very large dogs can stand up and look out the window. They are very happy and the windowsills are protected. Buying the correct size was easy using the information on the company’s website. The guards were very easy to install and are hardly noticeable. My only regret was that I didn’t know about these windowsill guards when I first got my dogs.”
“Rebecca is always gentle with Stella princess. She has major separation anxiety and hates getting her nails trimmed. She always is nurturing and caring. Make sure to confirm appointments, are you will have to pay $20 cancellation fee for no-show.”
“Good selection and great prices; however, there only ever seems to be 1 out of 4 registers open, so it can take some time to check out. The fact that you have to bag your own groceries speeds it up a little.”

“Our dog really loves the PetSmart in Ballantyne. He had puppy training there, and now has his nails trimmed there, too. They almost always have something we need on sale... and they have a great selection of just about everything you might need for your dog. The staff there is also super friendly and helpful.”
“I visit often. I use Banfield for my cat Luna's checkups. She doesn't like it very much but everyone is so friendly there. They try to help her calm down but she's a cat. Most pets don't like the vet. Very friendly staff!”

“I love this store. The manager has some amazing hiring talent. All the employees are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Fish are clean and healthy and their advice is on point. My dog has been leery of grooming, but after her first visit she trots up to the door eager to see her friend. The love of animals is apparent in everything they do and they’re very kind to the humans too.”
