Love love love all the therapist ?However the front desk girl Lilly is not pleasant. Several times she's been very rude, inpatient, and unpleasant. Thankfully the therapist are good because I would never come back.

I am about to finish 4 months of PT at Palmetto and I have to tell you it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had!! Not only are they super knowledgeable and professional but they actually care about each individual!!! I have seen people come and go and they treat everyone with the same professionalism as the next. They make you feel at home and very comfortable. It is their main objective to get you better and back to normal and they do it with the utmost care and concern for your needs. I recommend this facility to anyone needing PT. I’m gonna miss them but will continue to recommend them to anyone needing their care!!! You won’t be sorry!!!!

Kim has helped me so much more than I ever thought I needed!! Going into surgery is scary but so thankful the surgeon suggested physical therapy for the pain I’ve been going through waiting for my surgery date. Kim listens and gives alternative stretches when one is too uncomfortable and she genuinely cares. I feel so blessed to have met her. I highly recommend Kim to any woman suffering from pelvic pain or endometriosis pain. Even on the days I really have to push myself to go, I always leave feeling better and glad I went. ?

RJ is amazing! He discovered knots in my quad that were related to the knee pain I’ve been dealing with for over a month. He did some dry needling and gave me some stretches to do and I walked out without pain. I am so grateful!

Kim is nothing short of spectacular! She is very intuitive, knowledgeable and productive in women’s health. Kim is my pelvic floor therapist and has been working with me to help with my issues.
