i love the fact that whenever I am in need, they are quick to accommocate seeing my puppy. Friendly staff, EXTREMELY knowledgeable Dr. Martin and nice, clean facility.

NEVER TURNS A SICK DOG AWAY!
Dr Dawn Martin has been our trusted living vet for 26 years! We have always gotten the most caring and trusted vet advice. Recently we had a dauchshund who presented with back issues. I had to go to the emergency vet since it was the wknd. Dr Martin had given me the advise to trust my gut and go. ER vet said pancreatitis. I knew by Sunday even not the correct diagnosis. Boom in sweeps Dr Martin to save the day. SHE FIT IN RALEIGH INTO HER Schedule the next morning.
After X-rays and exam it was determined back disc and Raleigh will need surgury.
Dr Martin kept me from losing my mind and kept me calm and informed throughout the entire process. She is ALWAYS there for me for my FUR Children!

I have been using Dawn for years. She is wonderful. Her staff is the best around Fort Mill, SC. I would give her more than 5 starts if I could. Always works my doggie's in, if one is hurt or sick.

I wish I could give it 0 stars the veterinarian she was a middle age women with Blonde hair, she was really rude she accused me of feeding my dog well, which I do she made me cry and try to apologize over the phone to my husband

I highly recommend Dr. Martin and Palmetto Pet Hospital. They go above and beyond for their patients. You won't find a better vet!!!

She may be a competent veterinarian, but she lacks bedside manners. As she is walking out the door from our room, she said that if things didn't work out with my 5 month old German Shepherd she has a friend who just lost his GS and would be happy to take my dog. Then she said, sarcastically, that she's sure things will work out with my trainer. The vet technician documented that I was having trouble training my dog, but what I said is she's doing great, but need to work on her jumping on people, which I will be addressing with trainer. My dog wouldn't sit for the vet technician and she kept pushing on her back end and yelling sit down. They took my dog out of the room I was in to another room for her check-up. I left in tears. Cost me $500 to be treated as though I wasn't properly taking care if my dog.

Dr Martin spends as much time as needed to take care of your furry friend. The office staff is friendly, and the facility is very clean and welcoming. High marks from both of my pets.
