Nail studio is amazing, very professional, clean, comfortable and warm. I love that they are appointment only. They are always on time. They all always go over and above for their clients. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Nail studio since I moved here in 2020. It is nice, clean and the staff is super friendly! I have brought my toddler with me and they are all so welcoming to him as well. Wendy and Long are my go to and they both do such an amazing job.

I've been going to Nail Studio for almost two years now and I'm so happy with my nails every time! Every technician is talented and friendly. The studio is always immaculately clean and has the cutest seasonal decor. This is the family owned nail studio to support. Love them and will always be a customer!

Did not Like the service. My nails toes n hand do not match. And gel is not smooth. Even the filing was not good.

I have been going here for over 3 years. I have always felt welcomed and I love my nail tech Kat. Prime example I thought I had an appointment but got my dates mixed up (with her I schedule months at a time..she’s amazing). I texted her like omg pray for me I got my dates mixed up. Her response I have an opening today and within minutes I had a notification for an appointment. Not only is she accommodating (last minute appointment and last minute can you do my eyebrows) she also picks out my colors, all I literally do is sit there and let her do her magic. I always get compliments on my nails..the color , the natural look and surprisingly how long they last.

I wanted to overlook the bad reviews so I decided to give them a try.Everything was going fine The lady she got me done pretty quickly. Not even a day after, same day actually, My natural nail separated from the acrylic nail. They were closed when this happened so I called them the next day I went in to get it fixed the guy just filed my natural nail down to hide it and totally ruined the shape of my whole set.Now 10 days later 2 nails have popped offIf you have time for headache and upset give them a go

Terrible service!! Nails looked terrible for the amount charged. Very lumpy around cuticles. Went to another salon directly after and as they were removing the nails, there just flipped off bc of the amount of air under the acrylic. Be careful bc air under the acrylic causes fungal infections. Btw he completed the service in less than 15 minutes. I strongly recommend going to another nail salon in Fort Mill. Don’t risk getting an infection due to their partial service yet expects full payment. BEWARE!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Booked an appointment online for 7/17 for a fill in and pedicure. Arrived on time only to find out my appointment was canceled. The gentlemen stated it must be a system glitch. While he did say sorry there was no attempt to service me. This would have been my 3rd visit, despite feeling that Nail Studio doesn't treat their African American customers with the same level of service as non African American clientele. I still decided to give them another chance. After feeling totally disregarded today I will not return and advise every African American on the area to find another nail salon. There are several to choose from that will gladly accept us. As far as quality 3 out 5. Price 3 out 5. Service 0 out 5.
