Service Requested: Dip Powder overlay on natural nails
The photos speak for themselves. I’ve been getting French tip/ dip overlay for many, many years. This is the worst my nails have ever looked. This was a rush job and I am taking them to be corrected by a different shop tomorrow. I let the nail tech know that the nails were chunky and not to my liking. There was a random excuse made. Tech was very unprofessional…made several inappropriate comments in front of my 6 year old daughter. Couldn’t pay me to return here.
2 Stars for the super kind and detail oriented pedicure tech. Didn’t catch his name.

Terrible experience there today!!! And to make things worse NO ONE even seemed to care. I left without getting my nails done and drove 45 minutes to get there, disgusted!! Extremely poor customer service, I will not be returning!!

I have been a loyal customer of Lillie’s for 13 years and John takes care of my daughter when she’s in town. Their service is excellent, and the quality of their work is beyond spectacular. Also love how they treat you like family when you go there. Highly recommend their services!
