I had a great experience. Dr. Evans was pleasant and enjoyable to speak with during my eye exam. Additionally, when choosing my glasses, Madison was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. She made it very easy to find the right glasses at the right price with everything I needed included.

Very positive and efficient appointment and examination processes. I completed my exam and glass selection in around 30 minutes. Dr. Evan’s is extremely thorough. She explains everything she finds and patiently answers questions. Sharon was so nice and good in helping me find my new glasses. I was completely satisfied and happy with the entire visit!

Kisha was phenomenal and set up Lorraine with the Best glasses and frames. The Eye Doctor Kathy did a wonderful job and we highly Recommend the Hwy 160, Fort Mill, SC location.

Very bad experience with front desk people , they had coverage wrongly entered for my frame when i asked to change . Talking rudely and not taking responsibility of their co workers mistake. Very slow , avoid this center.

They gave my daughter’s appointment away to someone else saying we hadn’t confirmed. I have a confirmation email. Will not be returning.

Completely understand why this place has such a low rating! I am new to the area and booked an appointment and accidentally went to the wrong location so I called the right location and informed them I would be running about 10 minutes late, which is completely my fault. The lady on the phone said oh yeahhhh that’s completely fine and I even asked her was going to be OK before I drive there.. she 1000% did NOT and she knows she did NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ON THE PHONE HAD SHE DONE THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE DROVE THERE? And proceeds to tell me at the front that she’s not gonna argue with me and that she did say that when she knows it was not mentioned. How about let’s just be honest with your customers and say sorry I forgot to mention the 15 minute grace period on the phone. Had you done that maybe i would’ve rescheduled and you would have 1 more customer but your attitude and dishonesty and quite frankly those fake eyelashes are disgusting.

My visit today was amazing! Dr.Evans and the staff were very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I’ve never had such a wonderful eye visit anywhere else! I would highly recommend them.
