I arrived at 5 pm on Thursday evening and there were only two people working. The guy was friendly however the lady wasn't friendly. My pedicure was not properly done my polish on my toes looked as if my 10 year old did it.

Went in today to get build on gel and Emmie did a fantastic job! Highly highly recommend coming here for manis. Lang and Emmie were awesome. Plus my nails look bomb.

My mom and I have been coming here for the past few years and we are never disappointed. I love that they're always willing to try new things/designs on my nails. The vibe is very calming and cute. It's owned by a very nice couple. It's just the two of them but they do amazing work and I'm never disappointed. Highly recommend, but you do need to make an appointment a good bit in advance, because they do fill up with it being just the two of them.

My mother and I came in to get pedicures. They did amazing!!! We loved every bit of the service but then another female client of theirs came in and proceeded to stare us down our entire experience. Legit kept turning around to stare at us in the pedicure chairs lol. At the end when we were checking out I just stared that woman down too. My mom says "maybe it's cause I'm wearing overalls" HAHAHA. Girl who cares. Regardless we will be returning, we loved them and their service, kind and sociable people! just hope we manage to not come in at the same time as that woman again I wanna relax without being glared at the entire time.

I called and made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, and when I walked in, they immediately said, \\\"Sorry, we have no room.\\\" No hi how are you, do you have an appointment. I thought it was very rude. As I was with my little one, I was patient and we waited an additional 30 minutes after our appointment time till they were finally able to get to us. My little one got the color she wanted and a cute design on one of her nails, but my manicure looks awful. I have cotton fibers I'm still picking off my nails, and they didn't finish filing my nails. I still have sharp edges, and will be finishing my nails myself. All I wanted was my gel of an old manicure taken off and my nails trimmed and filed down smooth. They charge $12 extra for gel removal which they didn't tel me about till it was time to pay. And they didn't finish filling my nails. With the gel removal I get my nails wouldn't be amazing, but I had doped they would at least be smooth. I'm very disappointed amd will not be back.

Best Nail salon in Fort Mill / Tega Cay!! They did a great job on my daughter's powder dip manicure, the shape and thickness are perfect. The owners (husband and wife) are VERY kind and friendly. During my visit several regular clients came in and you can tell the owners take the time to get to know their customers. They have established a very welcoming atmosphere. The salon is extremely clean and organized. Upon walking out my daughter and I both said that was the best nail salon experience we have had. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be back. I noticed one not so kind review from a gentleman, who from his other Yelp reviews, seems impossible to please. We were extremely impressed with Modern Nails and encourage others to try them out.

It was my first time going in, just kind of came across it as I was driving and figured I would swing by and see if they were able to get me in.They were busy but made sure they did get me in. They all were pretty friendly which was nice.The girl that did my nails was super sweet but unfortunately didn’t really clean around my cuticles that good. (I am a picker so it’s important for me to get it done right or else I’ll go in and start picking ?)The color was super cute but was a light color and unfortunately the way it was put on was not the best, you can see the lines and parts where it’s darker/ lighter.Just a week later my gel started peeling off.I have been doing gel for years and always last a pretty good a amount at least 2 weeks for sure!I definitely will try it one more time just because the girl was sweet.Service: Manicure
