“Kali was amazing. She helped me with obtaining a new phone and plan for my family. I imagined monthly bill to increase. However, Kali found we had old plan. She searched and found better plan for us which actually saved us money. Great customer service. Highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for service from this Verizon store!!!!”

“We stopped in to get them to look at my phone because it was acting up. I ended up walking out of there with a new phone. The rep was AWESOME!! She educated us on the difference between the A32 and the A21, so I'm thinking I had the best phone but then she informed me that Boost don't do their upgrades like we thought. My A21 is the best I've had since being with Boost. We told her that we would be back on Friday to get my Bae a phone as well and remembered us. We were in and out with no problem.”
“Let's say it was challenging to say the least. I moved over from a different provider and upgraded my phone. But the new phone was causing issues with my account. Darrell & Finn stayed almost 3 hours after the store closed to get things working. After a very long time with various tiers of Verizon support we got things working. Thanks for the extra effort... especially when it was beyond your control.”

“I am on vacation originally from Florida, and I visited this store today because I needed to upgrade one of my phones as well as some other things. Once I came in I was kindly greeted & placed on a queue. The ASM Justin was very attentive making sure everyone was being taken care of and assuring everyone they would be attended soon. Once it was my turn, I went with Josh. Josh was very nice and helpful. We were able to complete all the things I came in for and the overall experience was great. I’m pretty sure that incident that Mr Reye mentioned while his wife was at the store was not with a customer. Personally I won’t judge the manager or the staff before knowing all the facts. I spent all day Saturday talking with AT&T online and then Apple and then AT&T again. Wayne knew exactly what to do to fix my phone today. He is so very kind and so knowledgeable. He was easy to work with.. He listened. He payed attention He apologized if he started to talk when I was talking. He apologized for the other person’s mistakes He said he wanted me to be a smart as I wanted to be, so he showed me as he fixed the problems that happened when the phone was set up incorrectly when I bought the phone by the other employee. I am so thankful that Wayne was here to fix the errors! If you can give this man a raise you should.”
