Never go here !!!!! Took my car to get work done with a 10am appointment and was told 2 hour time for work to be done , called at 3pm to check on status of vehicle to be told it hadn’t even been looked at a whole 5 hours later and I was the first person and appointment of the morning ! Completely unacceptable and will never come back here and will be spreading the word to the palisades and throughout rivergate and ballyntyne.

Bradley was a pleasure to work with. Had to replace the water pump and timing chains on our Ford Edge and she's running great thus fur. They gave us a fair price for the job and good quality service/communication. Will definitely be bringing our cars back here for any repairs needed in the future!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a car purchase from Mobile Magic Auto Center. Initially, the vehicle appeared promising with new tires, but upon delivery, two were replaced with used ones. Within a week, it started having issues. Upon inspection, they claimed it needed an oil change, which should have been done before the sale.After a month, the car became inoperable. Despite their reassurances, the issues persisted. They eventually provided a replacement car, and I paid an additional $3,000. Unfortunately, the second car also failed within three months, costing me around $6,000 in total. what was Felisha answer? "We cannot predict the future."This business appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The cars sold seem to have undisclosed issues, and the attempt to charge an extra $1,000 for essential services is concerning. Overall, my experience raises doubts about the integrity of their operations. A complaint to the consumer protection department for their bad sales practices would be well deserved.

Went here because of a Groupon that I found and decided I would go back to have them service my car, nice people, good location and the prices seemed reasonable.

I would like to take the time to thank all of the staff at this company. Starting with those who work in the office and those who does labor.I am not from here, I drive a BMW and times are kinda sticky with relocating, plus adjusting to the cost of living. They were so nice and patient with me. Even with me calling a million times.Long story short, my vehicle is repaired and I'm back on the road.Thank you!

There is nothing magical about this establishment at all. I would give a negative zero if I could.Paid for an oil change and nothing was registered. They told me the car was serviced but didn't change the oil sticker, nor did my service light go off. When I brought this to their attention, after I arrived back to get the car and found that they left my window completely down on the driver's side on a rainy day, they told me they would "fix it!" I asked."Did you even change the oil?" One of the tech's said "I don't know we done so many today!" I said,"Think real hard because I just dropped it off less than an hour ago!" He seemed to be indifferent because I had a few questions. #justmessyMoving forward, I will always ask to see the old filter. I would not recommend this particular business at all! Too messy!
