I ordered pine needles for curbside pick up. They did not bring them out but told me to drive around to the back to pick them up. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. I drove back to the patio area and asked for help. The associate said she would send someone out. I drove back and waited another 15 minutes with no help. The last time I was able to get help and finally picked up the pine needles. Needless to say I will not purchase pine needles from Lowe’s again.

Home remodeling, plenty of items and ideas for home improvement. Most associates are helpful and can give advice on you DYI projects. Prices usually on par with the rival Home Depot. My personal downside is they cut veterans discount program where it cant be used on sale items or major appliances.

The employees don't answer the phones and intentionally end calls or place on hold without saying anything. Guess I won't shop here.

Always stocked and great customer service !! I hope they are much closer to me than home depot.

Two weeks ago I purchased a John Deere riding lawn mower. After 6 months of research I had determined that this model would be the one that would fit my yard the best. Seeing that I had some steep hills but within the specifications of this model this lawn mower should have performed perfectly. After being stuck several times on the hill with one wheel spinning and the other wheel not moving I had determined this lawn mower did not do what it said it would in the specifications. After an employee directed me to push the lawn mower off of my trailer into the store I was greeted by two store managers whom proceeded to tell me I could not bring this back "did I not read the fine print on a sign at the customer service checkout". They said" if you had a problem with the lawn mower you need to go to John Deere". I then proceeded to tell them I did not purchase the product from John Deere did they not stand behind the products they sell? He declined to answer. I then told him after his assistant manager told me there was a sign at the register that I did not come to Lowe's to read signs. I came to purchase products,read the specifications in which they are supposed to be held to and if they did not comply to those specifications I could return those products before 30 days. I previously was a huge Lowe's fan. I will now go out of my way to go past Lowe's to Home Depot or Tractor Supply.

Horrible!! I spent over $15,000 on doors and windows and they ordered everything wrong and it took over 3 months to get the right stuff!! It costed me additional over $20,000 because the whole project was on hold because of them! I didn’t even get a sorry or a gift card! Guys, just go to Home Depot and save yourself some headache!!

The male employee in the paint dept seemed to be more concerned about adjusting the paint shelf than actually taking time to help me. Very cut and dry and a disregard for actual customer service.

Not much more to say about this location as opposed to any other locations. Always have what I need for the most part and the people are friendly. I go to this location a lot.

Go to Queen City Appliance in Pineville to purchase appliances. Lowes cancelled my delivery twice on delivery day for a washer & dryer. Head of delivery finally told me that the dryer was not in stock. Queen City was AWESOME! W&D are sitting in their warehouse and can deliver FREE in 2 days!!!!! Same price as I spent at Lowes with my CC discount of 5%! Queen City is the place to go!!!!!See Abraham or Mike Cook!!! You won't be sorry.
Very interesting to get a response from Lowes after I posted this review on Google. I spoke with Lowes when this incident happened and no one cared at all! Even the sales people won't help you when you want to purchase an appliance and have questions. Queen City has much, much better customer service and will match any price out there.

Lowe's are pretty much the same everywhere. This particular one is much bigger than our hometown store in Paris, TN. They all have plenty of nice things, but one thing that is absolutely the same with all their stores is you won't find any bargains. It seems there is only self checkout available in the main part of the store. I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing any cashiers. I have no problem with self checkout, but if you don't trust people to checkout, then have cashiers. What I mean is I've been in the store half a dozen times this week, and there has been someone hovering over me as I check out. There was one in my personal space, another asking if I had rung up an item in my cart that I had already rung up.

I personally had an amazing experience. We bought a fridge and a stove. 2 days after the delivery and install the total price went down. We called the store, Alex told us to come back in. He took care of us and issued a refund for the difference. We're so happy with the level of service Alex provided us. Thank you!
