I have worked with Len Cornacchia over a number of years both as a marketing consultant and then later as colleague in the Real Estate Industry. Len is an absolute gentleman who is out to fight for his clients. His is kind yet firm and honest. I have always appreciated the manner in which he does business and proud to be associated in the industry.

The time finally came for my wife and I to move out of our apartment and plant ourselves into the Charlotte area. As first time home buyers, we really didn’t know where to begin. We took a leap of faith through a recommendation from a coworker to meet with Len and start the rollercoaster ride of buying a home. We were not disappointed! From the initial meeting with Len, we knew we were in good hands. Len was extremely professional, personable, honest and direct with his expectations for us and of what our expectations for him were to be throughout the process. Len kept an open line of communication as we gameplanned each step, and ensured that we were prepared with what to expect along the way. His experience as a realtor shined when we started home walkthroughs. Len did not hesitate to educate us about certain home features, whether they were positive or negative. His ultimate goal was to guide us to a home that met our wants and needs, and he succeeded in doing so! As closing day approached and natural tensions started to build, Len was calming and assuring that things would work out. As quickly and overwhelming as the process initially presented itself, it ended just as quickly, yet very smoothly. We are thankful we chose Len. He was not only our realtor, but we are proud to call him a family friend. We would strongly recommend him to anyone searching for their next home!Thank you Len!

I hired Len to help sell my dad’s house when my dad passed in SC and I was in CO. Len was there for me (2000 miles away) to help with everything....and I mean everything.. for helping find the locksmith and meeting him at the house, to cleaning out the cabinets, to daily phone calls to run down the latest..Len helped me in so many ways including getting a great price for the home. Len is considered family as only family would to what he did during a difficult time.
