Wonderful staff. Real easy to talk to. My wife misplaced her vaccine card. They have created a new vaccine card for my wife. Thank you pharmacy staff.

I appreciate having Josh as my pharmacist… he is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! I have thought about changing to a pharmacy with a drive-through for greater convenience, but decided it wasn’t worth losing Josh as my family’s trusted pharmacist!

I work across the street from this Harris Teeter and I love it here. I find myself stopping here AT LEAST once a day, and often times I drive over on my lunch break for the asian bar or salad bar. I have never run into any issues with this HT. Even during this supply shortage, I feel they are mostly stocked with everything. I prefer this HT over my local Myers Park HT location.

Josh and Jordan are great!!! Even with being short handed today they still managed to squeeze my husband and me into their busy and hectic schedule for flu shots and did it with smiles and patience.

The pharmacist and the tech are always helpful and courteous. Friends have transferred Rx’s to HT and been well pleased.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have EVER had! They put up with me calling and asking questions ALL the time, everyone has a GREAT attitude, and they will go out of their way if I need something! A special shout out to Josh, Jasmine, Jordan, and Cassandra for ALL that you do!

I order my prescriptions by phone, it’ll take 30 seconds and usually they are ready next day with great service. Very good and professional.

This review is about the FUEL POINTS program. If you drive an EV, read one of my other reviews. We are constantly bombarded with advertisements for 'best deals' everywhere we turn. On TV, radio, smartphone news feeds, emails, pop up ads, youtube and even when we are on social media. In my humble opinion, this is about the best fuel discount deal I've seen. You can get up to $1.00 off per gallon of gas with a max of 35 gallons. The first thing you need to do is obtain a Vic card which you can do on-line or in the store. Every purchase you make adds to your 'monthly' Fuel Points total. When you make your grocery purchase, your receipt will indicate your point total. For $100 you get .10 cent per gallon off, for $200 you get .20 cents off and for $300 you get .30 cents off and so on up to 1000 points where you get $1.00 off per gallon. If you get 'cash' in the check-out line, this also adds to your total points. Keep in mind the points 'do not' roll over to the next month. This Harris-Teeter location has the fuel pumps adjacent to the store on the corner. There is an attendant there that will assist you if you have questions. On the screen pad, you enter your phone number, then your form of payment. The CC must have a pin# so I use my ATM card. You can get a receipt to indicate your purchase total and it will reflect your discount. They have all grades of gasoline up to 93 octane. The other nice feature is that you are not REQUIRED to use the Harris-Teeter fuel pumps. They have an agreement with area Amoco & BP stations. The grocery receipt will indicate what stations and the address if you choose not to use the Harris-Teeter pump. Oh wait, there's more. If you purchase gift cards from H-T you get 4 X the value of the card toward your fuel points. In other words, if you by a $20 gift card to Chick-fil-A you get $80.00 dollars worth of fuel points. This is going on through the end of 2020 and I don't know if it will be extended beyond. If you drive an EV, you can disregard this review but tell your friends that aren't EV'ers, they will thank you.

This store is not enforcing or following face mask protocols at all. You will, several times, be in close quarters with maskless individuals many many times while shopping. If you are at risk, do not shop here! I was shocked to see the number of people who do not care about the safety or well being of their neighbors. The front cart attendant was also not wearing a mask, and the customer service person wasn’t either. Very disappointed in this store. I did not feel safe and will need to shop elsewhere.

Went this morning at 8am. The cashier and the bagger did not have on a mask! Please ask your employees to wear a mask so we feel safe. Update: Today all employees had on a mask. Thank you HT!

What a miserable experience. Decided to use Express Lane due to current situation and understand times are rough for all, but got a call saying my order was delayed (had 2:30 spot) they would call when ready, 5pm no call so I called and they were going to get my items "now" and call when done about 20-30 minutes. Well at 5pm what is still going to be on the shelves. No call till 6pm and literally 75% of my order was not there. And the person on phone could have cared less. When I went to pick up what they did have, the person who came out acted like I was putting him out. First and last time for this service and will most likely just use Food Lion as it is closer and they are much nicer. Oh I should add I have been at store for over 30 minutes and still no help, so plenty of time to write a review. So much for trying to stay healthy for my family.

It's 3pm and I'm number three in a line over five deep I've been in for 10 minutes. I get close to the checkout and she says the guy in front of me is the last and we need to find another line. There are two others open already five deep. I also had to wait forever for the deli sandwich person to even show up. They were also out of chicken nuggets. What has happened to this place. At least the pharmacy staff are nice and helpful so an extra star for that.

1 register open . Understand. No problem. It's late, 9:50 pm. Your store has 1 young man at the register . As I walked up to be checked out he backed up and ducked all the way down. To confirm that he saw me coming he was looking up still ducked down as I turned in to check out. Children, young people . If you don't want to work or service All people, please stay home .
