I needed a new set of tires and went in on a Wednesday to get a quote. Rick was at the front desk and gave me a great price on the top of the line WeatherReady all season tires. I told him I needed them for a trip out of town early Friday. He got me them the next day. What an improvement to the driving experience. In addition, I bought the road hazard protection. Within a week, I caught a nail through the sidewall. He called and said a new tire would be there by end of the day. Sure enough, done by 4:30. They handled everything though the insurance company. With the price of tires don't skimp and not cover your $$$$ tire purchase. They took great care of me and my wife. Thank You Rick and associates

The manager and front desk worker took wonderful care of my wife and I. Gave us a great deal on tires, and all the staff was friendly. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience! They are wonderful!

Shop is under staffed. And those that are there are not certified technicians.Visited 3 times for the same issue and gave up. Took it to a different Goodyear store.

We are traveling from FL to WV and stopped in Rock Hill, SC for the night. We unfortunately woke up to a flat tire, but we only have a donut spare tire. We were SO thankful to find the Fort Mills Goodyear Tire service center within 6 miles of our hotel. Rich was absolutely AH-MAZING - polite accommodating, and sympathetic to our situation!! He had the exact tire we needed in stock, got our new tire on quickly, and even gave us a small discount since we couldn’t use our employee discount codes at the store. We would HIGHLY recommend this service center as every employee we encountered was kind, respectful, and helpful. Thank you, Rich, for making a frustrating morning a little easier and getting us back on the road to our destination so quickly! We appreciated it more than you know!!
