Even with county proof of residence via lease & utilities, still refused to open an account for me. Went down the street to Skyla and had absolutely no problem. Was in & out with a checking & savings within 20 minutes. Much friendlier staff who clearly wanted our business. Strike one & done Founders.

Customer service at the drive-thru was awful (or should I say typical). This is exactly why I left this credit union years ago. I only stopped by today to deposit money into the account of a member and the employees proved that I clearly made the right choice in closing my account. Founders customer service started going downhill years ago and it's obvious that nothing has changed.

Okay I've been with this bank for at least 7 years they referred me to an insurance company but when I needed information there people were lazy and basically made this blank look bad and I told them that too also when I got a loan from this place the gold can we put insurance on it and I said yeah cuz it's no big deal couple nickels but at the same time why you charging me insurance for a loan the only reason why I have this account is because I have two bank accounts and if one gets goofy starts charging me money I'm going to close the other this way I don't skip a beat and if both of them start charging bye-bye to both of them but yeah this Bank ain't the greatest in more ways than one

They have bad customer service. They are not there to help us and a customer but to make money! They are really quick to charge fees, but to slow to put money into the accounts and also credit customers, even if you been with them for over a decade. I always thought this banks where better than others but as a personal experience i will be banking with a better bank that cares for me!!

Stacey Adams was amazing with us this morning. Helped us go through a car loan process. Made the process quick and easy! She was friendly and took her time to make sure we got what we needed, and wanted. Would recommend to anyone!
