I brought my car to Fort Mill Hyundai for a recall and, for a knock in the engine. I had the pleasure of interacting with David, (my service advisor) and Tony (the service manager) … the issue with my car was taken care of in a timely manner, the professionalism of David and Tony are 2nd to none, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality of repairs that I received….. I am an automotive technician myself, have been buying parts from Fort Mill Hyundai for years and just thought I’d mention that Rodney (the parts manager) is absolutely “Bad to the Bone “

Great experience. Worked with the online team and did most of the negotiations over email. We ended up with the price we wanted for our new Ioniq 5 and got a competitive offer on our trade-in. Cindy took good care of us. We were very happy with the overall experience.
