This is a solid gym. Lots of space always a rack. No frills and you can look weird without feeling like your in a banking gym like the YMCA.Lots of different kinds of people. Competitors and people like me old young from all over.Some kind of mobility class would be awesome if it was offered given all the lifting people are doing.

Joining Burn was the best decision I have ever made. The trainers are so motivating and the workouts are always different. I can't wait to meet my fitness goals here! It has impacted my life so much already!

The trainers and workouts are amazing. Everything changes daily, so you will never have a monotonous workout. Burn also brings a sense of community and almost a family atmosphere. Joining Burn was one of the best decisions I've made!

Loving Burn Boot Camp. As someone who hates working out, this is a completely different experience. Everyone really pushes each other and Becky & Ryne are amazing! Highly recommend regardless if you are an athlete or a couch potato!! This place helps everyone!

One word to describe it : AWESOME! Every work out is different, the trainers push you, motivate you and keep you safe from injuries all at the same time. One of my favorite things about it, is that we are a community of women working together and encouraging each other. There have been times when I've been close to giving up and someone comes up to me and says: You got this! You can do it, good job! And believe me, something so simple has the power to help you finish. I haven't reached my goal yet, but that's ok, because I am not chasing a number I am changing my life.

I love everything about Burn Boot Camp! I like it so much, that I actually look forward to the next class, and I wake up early (not a morning person) to get a workout in. I love how they give nutritional guidance, and when Ryne said he wants me to have a healthy relationship with food, I knew this was the right place to be. The workouts are filled with positive energy, and they really kick your butt! High fives all around, with good music and the occasional "you got this!" pushes me to keep going and not give up. I'm only 2 weeks in, but I plan on sticking with it once my Groupon is finished. Ryne and Becky are phenomenal! I've had many personal trainers since the age of 13, and Ryne and Becky are the BEST!

If you are looking for a gym with an incredibly motivating trainer, very supportive group of women, constantly changing and challenging workouts, and large, beautiful, and clean facility, then Burn Boot Camp-Fort Mill is the place for you! They provide child care, too, which is awesome for moms with young kids. My children adore the child care workers, and I know that they are loved on and entertained while I get my workout in. I love this place so much and would recommend it to anyone! The 45 minute workouts literally are different every day and will push you to your limits! Our trainer will give you modifications whenever you need them, whether you are modding up or down! Everyone is welcome here! Do yourself a favor and try it out as soon as possible!
